    Also known as Schmidt couplings, these handle higher angular misalignment than other three-piece couplings. Good for applications with varying shaft misalignment, they're commonly used with conveyor rollers and roller feeds in printing and packaging machines. Couplings clamp evenly around the shaft for a mar-free hold. Tighten the clamping screws to secure. They allow zero backlash (no play) and never need lubrication.
    A complete coupling consists of two hubs and one disc (each component sold separately). Hubs are aluminum for light weight and good corrosion resistance.
    Hubs for 1⁄2" shaft dia. and above have a keyway. Hubs for metric sizes do not have a keyway, except hubs for 10mm and 15mm shaft dia. have a keyway.
