Metal Funnels
Made of metal, these funnels are more durable and withstand higher temperatures than plastic funnels. Use them to transfer anything from hot liquids to fine powders into containers.
Stainless steel funnels resist corrosion from harsh chemicals, frequent washdowns, and cleaners.
Style B funnels have a vented spout that lets gases escape to prevent pressure buildup and vapor lock. This helps liquids flow smoothly without burping or spilling.
Style C funnels are best for moving material into small containers, no more than one ounce at a time. The straight spout helps prevent clogs better than typical funnels with a tapered spout.
Style D funnels have a short and wide spout to keep coarse powders and small solids like rice from getting stuck.

Sanitary Metal Hopper-Style Funnels
Often used with filling machines, storage tanks, dispensers, and injection-molding hopper bins in food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical plants, these funnels have a sanitary design. With polished surfaces and smooth welded seams, they’re easy to clean and free of crevices where bacteria could grow, reducing the risk of foodborne illness. Removing them for cleaning is easy thanks to their quick-clamp tube fitting. You’ll need to connect this fitting to a quick-clamp tube fitting and gasket on your machine or tank.

Funneling Scoops
Take a wide scoop of material, then dispense it into a narrow container. These scoops meet NSF/ANSI 2 sanitary standards for use in food-processing environments. They’re made of 304 stainless steel, so they won’t corrode from frequent washes with harsh cleaners. Removable handles on these scoops make it easy to adjust for right- or left-handed use. You can also hold both handles at once for a more controlled grip.

Drum Cones
Slow the flow of dry material dispensed from your drum with these cones. They’re sharply angled to narrow the opening of your drum, which allows less material out and helps contain dust. The neoprene gasket at the top of the cone forms a tight seal with your drum. Use the flange at the bottom of the cone to mount a valve. Choose a cone that matches the OD of your drum.
304 stainless steel cones are inherently corrosion resistant, so they hold up better than steel in damp or corrosive environments.
Use a collar to hold the cone in place on your drum—it fits around the top of the cone and tightens in place with a knob. Collars should match the OD of your drum and cone.
Attach a valve to your cone to start and stop the flow of material. Slide gate valves have a flat panel, which you can slide closed to contain powder or other fine material. Turn the handle on iris valves to adjust the opening size. This valve type works well with fine and coarse materials.
