Medium-Pressure Differential Gauges

Popular for use with natural gas, these gauges measure pressure differences in pipelines and filters with a maximum pressure of 1,500 psi.
Gauges with 316 stainless steel case are more corrosion resistant than gauges with an aluminum case.

Differential Pressure Transmitters with Dial Indicator for Air

- For Use With: Air
- Accuracy: ±2%
- Pipe Connection: NPT Female
- Housing Material: Aluminum
- Connection Material: Aluminum
- Temperature Range: 20° to 120° F
Check the difference in air pressure between two inputs at the source using the dial indicator or remotely using a receiver. The dial indicator on these transmitters operates independently and shows differential pressure in real time for troubleshooting. Also known as transducers, these transmitters convert pressure to an electrical signal that is interpreted by receiving devices, such as remote displays, programmable logic controllers, and motor speed controls. They are often used to indicate a filter is clogged or help you maintain a certain air pressure in ovens, dryers, and HVAC systems. All are CE marked, so they meet European safety standards.
When measuring pressure in ductwork, pair them with a static pressure probe.
For your receiving device to interpret the signal from the transmitter, you will need to calibrate it for the transmitter's differential pressure range and output signal. As differential pressure increases, the output signal from the transmitter will increase. Transmitters will only provide accurate readings within the rated pressure range. Connect them using two wires. The same wire is used to send a signal to the receiver and to power the transmitter. Current doesn’t lose signal over long distances and isn’t affected by electrical interference from other devices.

High-Accuracy Differential Pressure Transmitters

- For Use With: Air, Water
- Accuracy: ±0.25%
- Pipe Connection: NPT Female
- Housing Material: Aluminum
- Connection Material: 17-4 PH Stainless Steel
- Temperature Range: 0° to 175° F
At least twice as accurate as standard transmitters, these transmitters sense differential pressure at an accuracy of ±0.25%. Use them in laboratories or testing applications where the difference in pressure between two points needs to be measured with high accuracy. These transmitters are often used to indicate a filter is clogged or help you maintain a certain pressure in pumps, HVAC, cooling, and other air and liquid systems. They convert differential pressure to an electrical signal that can be interpreted by receiving devices, such as remote displays, programmable logic controllers, and motor speed controls to monitor pressure or control equipment. All transmitters are rated NEMA 4 for protection in washdown environments.
For your receiving device to interpret the signal from the transmitter, you will need to calibrate it for the pressure range and output signal of the transmitter. As the differential increases, the output signal from the transmitter will increase. Transmitters will only provide accurate readings within the rated pressure range. Connect them using two wires. Precision Liquid-Level Gauges for Tanks

Using inches or centimeters instead of common levels, such as full or empty, these gauges are more precise than standard gauges when measuring liquid levels. While most gauges are designed for one tank depth, these have a float attached to a cable, so they work with any tank up to the maximum depth listed.

Hazardous-Location Submersible Liquid-Level Transmitters

FM and C-FM approved, these transmitters safely measure liquid levels where explosive gas or dust may be present. Set them at the bottom of your tank in applications that make traditional mounting difficult. They sense liquid levels by measuring the pressure from the weight of the liquid above them. All continuously send measurements, so you can monitor status and manage components in your system. Also known as level loggers, level sensors, and pressure transducers.
Transmitters for liquids with solids have an unobstructed sensing element that resists clogging and sludge buildup in water with particulate and sewage.
