Pocket Vibration Meter Sets


	Vibrating Reed

Set includes one meter for low-speed vibration and one meter for higher speed vibration. A flexible steel wire reed detects vibration while the scale on the side of the meter indicates the machine vibration in vibrations per minute (vpm). A simple calculation determines motor speed in rpm for engines with multiple cycles.

Gauge your machine’s health with more precision than vibration monitors. These sensors measure acceleration, vibration, and frequency. Mount them to motors, fans, and gearboxes. Made entirely of stainless steel, they stand up to prolonged exposure to water and mild chemicals. These sensors use the IEPE communication protocol, so you can connect them to a vibration controller or edge device.

All of these sensors are IP67 rated to block out dust and water if briefly submerged.

Three-Axis Accelerometer—Three-axis sensors pick up motion in three directions—up and down, side to side, and back and forth—for a more comprehensive assessment than single-axis sensors.

IP68 Enclosure Rating and IP69K Enclosure Rating—IP68 and IP69K rated sensors also stand up to spraying water during high-pressure washdowns.

Digital Two-Axis Precision Levels

The fastest way to check if a surface is tilted sideways, backwards, or forwards. These levels have a highly sensitive sensor that checks alignment in two directions at the same time. This keeps you from having to repeatedly reposition your level when inspecting surface plates, platforms, and worktables. When you need to use these levels under machines or in tight spaces between parts, connect them to your smart device via Bluetooth to read measurements on the app.

In addition, the V-shaped indentation on the base means you can rest them on flat and curved surfaces alike. These levels also have a false zero setting lets you set any position as a reference point when you need to replicate angles on multiple surfaces.

Vibration-Measuring Levels—Track, record, and analyze vibrations on a real-time graph. Use these levels to detect and prevent small movements that could impact the accuracy of precision machines or create misalignments and imbalances over time.

Levels with Calibration Certificate—When precision readings are required for quality control or by regulation, use a level that includes a calibration certificate traceable to NIST. The certificate states that the level has passed a test for accuracy, so you can be confident your readings are correct and consistent.

Vibration Monitors

These monitors are constructed entirely of stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance and are IP68 and IP69K rated for protection from temporary submersion and high-pressure washdowns. Connect to your data collector or programmable logic controller to monitor vibration. The 4-pole micro M12 plug connects to the included cable and socket to quickly connect and disconnect it.
