Open-Finger Cut-Protection Gloves

Keep your fingertips bare to handle objects while still protecting the rest of your hand from cuts. These gloves have an ANSI cut rating of A9, the highest possible rating based on the amount of force needed to cut through them with a razor blade. And while they’re highly protective, they won’t restrict your movement—their 21-gauge knit makes them the thinnest cut-protection gloves available. As a result, they’re often used in precision tasks such as wiring and fine parts assembly.
In addition to cut resistance, these are rated to ANSI/ISEA 105 standards for protection from abrasion and punctures. A nitrile coating makes them resistant to chemicals and oil.

Food-Service Cut-Protection Gloves

Chop, slice, and dice safely and with precision—these gloves keep your fingers nimble while still protecting you from cuts. They’re commonly used with knives and other sharp tools in food-service environments. All meet ANSI/ISEA 105 standards for various forms of protection, such as cut, abrasion, and puncture resistance. Gloves are sold individually (order two for a pair).
All have an ANSI cut rating, which reflects the amount of force required to cut through them with a razor blade. The higher the rating, the more protection you get. A8 and A9 gloves are ideal when handling needles, spikes, and bulky objects with sharp edges.

Chainmail Cut-Protection Gloves

Made of interlinked rings, these gloves protect your hands from cuts and puncture wounds. They’re often used for food processing, textile cutting, and sheet metal handling. These gloves meet EN 1082-1, a European standard that measures how well chainmail gloves resist penetration from knives. It’s comparable to ANSI Cut Level A9, which is the highest cut resistance rating for gloves. You can wear these gloves on either hand—just turn them inside out when you need to switch.
Made from stainless steel, these gloves are corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. Each ring is welded fully shut, so there are no gaps that could trap particles, and there are no studs or buckles that could harbor germs. For a snug fit, wrap the adjustment clip around the cuff and slide it into any ring to secure.
Gloves with 1/4" rings are lighter in weight than gloves with 1/8" rings but don’t protect as well against knife tips and other sharp points.
