Heat-Reflective Aluminized Gloves

Made of aluminized fabric, these gloves reflect radiant heat and protect against sparks. Often used for forging metal or manufacturing glass, they protect your hands from intermittent exposure to extreme heat. All of the gloves are aluminized on the back of the cuff, hand, fingers, and thumb.
Gloves with a leather palm resist abrasions better than gloves with a fabric palm.
Gloves with a double-lined palm are comfortable and can withstand high temperatures for handling extremely hot objects.
Carbon/Kevlar aramid blend gloves are the heaviest, and they last longer than Kevlar/Nomex aramid blend gloves in comparable service. They also protect you from molten metal splashes.
