The coating on these gloves provides extra protection without limiting dexterity. It also provides a secure grip.
Nylon/spandex blend gloves are flexible and stretch for a close fit.
Palm-coated gloves have an uncoated back side that makes the gloves more comfortable and breathable. Textured gloves provide a better grip than smooth gloves.
Nitrile-coated gloves are more durable than latex-coated gloves and provide chemical as well as oil resistance. They are a good alternative for those concerned about latex allergies.
Use gloves with knit cuffs for a secure fit.
Tearaway Work Gloves
Protect your hands from machining accidents—these gloves tear easily at marked points on the fingers if they get caught in machinery. They’re made of fabric with a rubber coating, so your fingers can stay nimble while you work. All gloves meet the ANSI/ISEA 105 standard for cut, abrasion, and puncture resistance. The higher the rating, the more protection they give.
Nitrile-coated gloves resist both chemicals and oils.
Gloves that meet EN 388 adhere to European standards for resisting abrasive surfaces, tears, cuts and punctures.
