Leather Work Gloves
Leather-Palm Work Gloves

With a canvas backing and leather palm, these gloves pair the lightweight breathability of fabric gloves with the wear resistance of leather. Pigskin gloves won’t stiffen when wet. Gloves with open cuffs are more convenient to put on and take off than other gloves.
Firefighter-Style Leather Heat-Protection Gloves

Used in firefighting and similar severe duty applications, these fire-retardant gloves meet OSHA, CAL-OSHA, and NFPA requirements. Flexible and durable, they protect your hands in high-temperature applications. Holding heavy objects may decrease temperature rating.
These gloves contain perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) as part of their moisture barrier. PFAS are a class of fluorinated organic chemicals containing at least one fully fluorinated carbon.
Cowhide and pigskin gloves have cowhide on the back of the glove and pigskin on the palm. Pigskin is more abrasion resistant than cowhide.

Leather Cut-Protection Gloves

Made of leather, these gloves are more durable and wear-resistant than standard cut-protection gloves. All are rated to ANSI/ISEA 105 standards for cuts, punctures, abrasion, or heat.
All of these gloves have an ANSI cut rating, which reflects the amount of force required to cut through them with a razor blade. A4 is the common required minimum in industrial settings. The higher the rating, the greater the protection. A9 gloves are ideal for handling bulky, heavy, hard-to-grip objects with sharp edges, as well as sharp spikes and needles.
Pigskin gloves won't stiffen when wet.
Gloves that meet ANSI/ISEA 138 are tested for impact resistance based on how much force they absorb.
Gloves that meet EN 388 have been tested according to standards for resistance to abrasion, cuts, tears, punctures, and impacts.

TIG Welding Gloves

Safeguard hands from welding sparks and spatter while TIG welding. These gloves are thinner than MIG gloves, giving you more flexibility and sensitivity to handle small parts.
Stick Welding Gloves

Shield your hands from welding sparks and spatter common in stick welding. These gloves protect from heat better than TIG and MIG welding gloves, but their thick construction makes it harder to handle small parts.
Pigskin and elkskin gloves won’t stiffen if they get wet, so they’re good for working in wet or oily conditions. Look for gloves with padding, an aluminum-coated lining, or a Mylar inner layer for added protection against heat. Padding lets you lean against hot surfaces as you weld.
Reinforced gloves have extra material to slow down wear in high-contact spots, so they last longer.

MIG Welding Gloves

Protect hands from welding sparks and spatter during MIG welding. These gloves have better heat protection than TIG gloves.
Pigskin gloves are ideal for wet or oily conditions. They won’t stiffen when wet.
Gloves with foam or cowhide padding give you added protection against heat, so you can lean against hot surfaces as you weld. Reinforced gloves have extra material in high-wear spots to extend their life. Gloves with a reinforced side reduce the risk of the pinky shrinking from heat exposure. Gloves with a reinforced wrist, also known as a pulse protector, shield this sensitive area from heat and abrasion.
Gloves that meet ANSI/ISEA 105 standards are rated for various forms of protection, such as cuts, abrasions, punctures, or heat. Their extra protection means you can switch between welding jobs and other tasks without changing gloves.

Multipurpose Welding Gloves

Switch between different types of welding without changing gloves. These gloves balance dexterity and heat protection, so they’re good for a variety of welding jobs.
Wear pigskin gloves in oily or wet conditions—they won’t stiffen when wet. Reinforced gloves have extra material in high-wear spots to extend their life. Gloves with a reinforced wrist, also known as a pulse protector, shield this sensitive area from heat and abrasion. Gloves with a reinforced side or a fabric blend pinky reduce the risk of pinky shrink, which happens when heat causes a glove’s pinky area to shrivel.
Welding Mitts

Use these mitts for welding jobs that don’t require high dexterity. Since they have fewer separated fingers than gloves, they block more heat, and they’re easier to slip on or off. They also reduce the risk of pinky shrink, which happens when heat causes a glove’s pinky area to shrivel. All have a separated index finger so you can squeeze the trigger of your welding gun.
Pigskin mitts don’t stiffen when they’re wet. Mitts with a reinforced thumb, palm, or fingers have an extra layer of material to add durability in high-wear areas.
Mitts that meet ANSI/ISEA 105 standards are rated for various forms of protection, such as resistance to abrasions and heat. The higher the rating, the greater the protection.

Welding Sleeves

Use these sleeves alone or with gloves to protect your arms. They shield your arms from welding sparks and spatter.
Cotton-and-leather sleeves shield your hand from heat and scrapes while providing cool, lightweight protection up your arm. Sleeves with pigskin leather resist oil and water. They remain soft and flexible even after contact with water.
