Shorter and wider than standard cylinders, these cylinders are easier to stir and reduce the risk of tipping. Their shape makes them ideal for measuring and pouring liquids in confined spaces such as fume hoods. Made of durable plastic, they resist most acids and bases. They’re also autoclavable to withstand repeated sterilization. If tipped, these cylinders won’t break. Their molded graduations are raised, so they won’t rub off like printed lines. Also known as squat graduated cylinders.
Class B—Ideal for general lab applications.
