Grease these hinges without the hassle of disassembly or the mess of lubricating from the outside. They have a grease fitting for injecting lubricant to reduce wear, prevent rust and seizing, and eliminate squeaks. The compact bullet shape takes up very little space, yet hinges are strong enough for large, heavy doors. Weld the male half of the hinge to the frame and the female half to the door—then you can quickly lift the door off without removing the pin.
Low-Carbon Steel—Strong and the easiest to weld but will rust in damp environments.
Aluminum—One-third the weight of steel, these hinges are often used on enclosures, carts, and other equipment where you want to limit the load.

Ball Joint Linkages with Grease Fitting

Along with superior wear resistance, these linkages have a grease fitting for easy lubrication. They consist of ball joint rod ends with a ball stud attached to simplify mounting. The stud is machined to fit perfectly inside its housing and swivel in all directions—good for clutches, throttles, and shift control rods. They don’t come lubricated, so you’ll need to lubricate them during installation and on an ongoing basis.

    High-Torque Single U-Joints

Image of Product. Front orientation. U-Joints. High-Torque Single U-Joints.
Image of Attribute. Front orientation. Contains Annotated. High-Torque Single U-Joints.
With a maximum torque of at least 11,600 in.-lbs., these U-joints handle more torque than any other U-joint in our offering. They’re single U-joints, meaning they connect and transfer torque between shafts that are misaligned at an angle. Often found in continuously running applications, they operate at higher speeds and last longer than other types of joints, thanks to their needle bearings.
Connect these U-joints to shafts using the included set screws. Unlike U-joints that use spring pins, there’s no drilling required. All have a grease fitting, so you can use a grease gun to lubricate all of the bearings at once.
Your shafts’ misalignment will affect the speed and torque the U-joint will be able to transmit. The more the shafts are misaligned, the less speed and torque the U-joint will be able to transmit.
Steel—Steel U-joints are stronger and handle more torque than iron U-joints.
