Remove and retain grease, fats, and oils from wastewater to prevent blockages in pipes. These traps are PDI-certified, tested under severe operating conditions. They can handle 40 to 50 lbs. of grease at a time and 20 to 25 gallons of wastewater per minute.
Steel—Can suspend from the ceiling, which frees up floor space for extra room and equipment. Steel traps connect through a no-hub pipe coupling (not included).
Plastic—Offers more corrosion resistance against wastewater, fatty acids, and cleaning supplies than steel traps. Plastic traps are also lighter and have a smoother surface, which makes them easier to move around and scrub. Plastic traps have threaded connections.
