High-Pressure Food Industry Grease
This grease remains stable and in place under high pressure, heavy loads, and shock loads. It's often used to lubricate heavy-duty food production equipment.
Grease that is NSF registered H1 and grease that meets FDA 21 CFR 178.3570 are rated for incidental contact with food.
NLGI viscosity grade is a rating of a grease's consistency. NLGI 2 is about the consistency of peanut butter.
Weld load measures a grease's ability to withstand pressure in kilograms of force (kgf). The higher the rating, the more pressure the grease can withstand.
Grease with calcium sulfonate thickener has good heat resistance and excellent moisture and oxidation resistance. It cannot be sold to Cailfornia due to local regulatory limits on VOC (volatile organic compounds). Grease with zinc neutralizes acid and is a good replacement for leaded grease.
Grease lubricates most efficiently within the listed temperature range. Melting temperature is the point at which grease will fail and run out of equipment, leaving it to run dry.

Moisture-Resistant Food Industry Grease
Made with moisture-resistant thickeners, this grease stays in place in wet environments. It is NSF registered H1 and FDA compliant for incidental food contact.
NLGI viscosity grade is a rating of a grease's consistency. NLGI 2 is about the consistency of peanut butter.
Grease with calcium sulfonate thickener offers excellent oxidation resistance and withstands a wider range of temperatures than grease with aluminum thickener. Made with zinc, it neutralizes acid and is a good replacement for leaded grease. It can lubricate under heavy pressure and high loads.
