High-Performance Grinding Bits for Metals
Made of ceramic alumina, these bits prevent material and heat buildup better than bits made of boron nitride and aluminum oxide when used on steel, stainless steel, iron, and titanium. They also last longer than boron nitride bits, so they’re the best choice for high-volume applications. Also known as mounted points and die grinder bits.
Head diameter is measured at the widest point.
Caution: As bit shank is exposed beyond 1/2", maximum safe rpm decreases significantly. Refer to ANSI standard B7.1. Use only accessories that have a greater rpm rating than the maximum speed of the grinder you choose.

Replaceable-Cap Sanding Bits for Stainless Steel and Hard Metals
The ceramic alumina grit in these bits is sharp and dense enough to shape hard metals such as stainless steel, nickel, and cast iron without dulling quickly. It continually fractures to produce new, sharp cutting edges. Ceramic alumina sands faster and lasts longer than aluminum oxide but requires more force to abrade properly. Slip a cap onto the head of a shank (sold separately) and sand small, recessed, and hard-to-reach areas.

Spiral-Wound Sanding Rolls for Stainless Steel and Hard Metals
Coated with ceramic alumina abrasive, these rolls are sharp and dense enough to shape hard metals such as stainless steel, nickel, and cast iron without dulling quickly. The abrasive grit continually fractures to produce new, sharp cutting edges. It sands faster and lasts longer than aluminum oxide but requires more force to abrade properly. As the outer layer wears away, new abrasive is exposed. Also known as cartridge rolls. A shank adapter is required (sold separately).
Straight rolls are for use in channels, fillets, recesses, contours, sidewalls, and other hard-to-reach spots.
Tapered rolls are for use on angles, corners, concave contours, funnel-shaped recesses, and other intricate shapes. The diameter listed is for the large end of the roll.

Sanding Pads for Internal and Irregular
Surfaces on Stainless Steel and Hard Metals
The ceramic alumina abrasive on these pads is sharp and dense enough to shape hard metals such as stainless steel, nickel, and iron without dulling quickly. They’re often used to sand inside pipes and tubes, or to sand at an angle when reaching into corners and slots. The abrasive material on these pads continuously fractures to produce new, sharp cutting edges. They sand faster and last longer than aluminum oxide but require more force to abrade properly. A shank adapter (sold separately) is required.
Square pads sand quickly and won't leave swirl marks because of the alternating stroke of the pad corners.
Cross pads allow you to see through the pad when in motion to better control material removal.
