    Single-Cut Tooth

Flat cylinder burs are for straight edges and flat surfaces.
Carbide—Best for removing material from a variety of metals. These burs are harder, stronger, and more wear resistant than high-speed steel.
Double-Cut Tooth—Double-cut tooth burs are for rapid metal removal with a coarser finish than single cut.
Single-Cut Tooth—Single-cut tooth burs are for gradual metal removal with a fine finish.

    CNC-Mount Burs for Cross-Drilled Holes

Debur holes that intersect within your workpiece (cross holes) while protecting internal surfaces. With a ring around the cutting face, these burs slide toward cross holes without nicking or gouging walls along the way. The shanks are longer and thinner than standard burs, so these burs reach deep into workpieces while remaining flexible enough to clean up the entire edge of the hole. However, they’re still rigid enough that they won’t wobble as they rotate. The end of the shank can flex out as far as the bur's head diameter, but no further.
Mount these burs in your CNC machines to debur material as part of your automated workflow. Like end mills, they fit into the CNC machine’s tool changer, so you can swap them out throughout the machining process. Alternatively, you can also attach these burs to electric rotary tools for manual deburring. However, they’re not compatible with air-powered tools. To avoid injury, don’t turn your tool on before you insert it into the bore of your workpiece.

    T-Shaped Holes

    Single-Cut Tooth

Debur the front edges of cross holes. When these burs reach a hole’s opening, the protective ring slips into the hole, and the cutting face contacts the front edges. The protective ring also prevents damage to the cross hole's back wall if you insert the bur too far.

    For Deburring

    Cross-Shaped Holes

    Single-Cut Tooth

Deburr the back and front edges of cross holes. Like the half-ball shape, the cutting face closest to the bur’s shank removes material from a cross hole’s front edges. The cutting face on the opposite side of the protective ring allows you to also deburr the back edges of the hole.
