Vacuum Lifting Air Cylinders

Combine the lifting power of a vacuum with the actuation of an air cylinder to automate processes such as pick and place. With a hollow rod that’s threaded to connect to a vacuum pad, these cylinders let you move items with suction. They’re double acting, meaning they pull loads as well as push them, and do so with equal force. Mount them directly to equipment or with attachments (not included) using the threaded through-holes on the face and sides of the body.

The piston is magnetic, so you can use these cylinders with sensors (not included) to activate relays and controllers. When the piston moves past a sensor, the sensor activates. You can use multiple sensors—one for each action you want to trigger.

Nonsparking Packing Seal Pullers

Made of beryllium copper with an aluminum-bronze handle, these pullers satisfy OSHA requirements that specify nonsparking tools for locations where flammable vapors and combustible residues are present. They also are nonmagnetic. The corkscrew tip twists into material to provide a firm hold while the handle provides the necessary leverage for pulling.
