Liquid-Tight Sealing Grommets
Rated IP68, these grommets form liquid-tight seals around wire, cable, and cords to protect them against dust as well as submersion in a maximum of one meter of water. They’re often used in lighting cable applications. Made of rubber, all of these grommets have a flange to securely fasten them to surfaces with screws.
Grommets with a stainless steel flange have excellent corrosion resistance, making them the best choice for harsh environments. They also have good chemical resistance.
Grommets for outdoor use are commonly used in marine and antenna cable applications.
