Spark-Resistant Film

Keep flying sparks from damaging your machinery and surroundings when welding or grinding. Stick this film on vertical surfaces where sparks can roll off, and it will prevent them from burning through. Unlike welding blankets, this film won’t shift during use, so there’s no need to check everything remains covered. When you’re done, just peel it off—it won’t leave a residue. Cut it to the shape and size you need with scissors. Sparks that rest on this film may eventually burn through, so you should use a welding blanket for horizontal surfaces.

Precise-Positioning Moving Slides

Shown in Use

Move heavy machinery or equipment the last few inches into its final location with minimal effort. Unlike standard moving slides, these slides have a slippery coating that glides smoothly and can be adjusted by fractions of an inch for precise positioning. They’re slicker than ice, so one person can easily push a 1,000 lb. object into place.

The object being moved should be on a smooth, flat surface and within a few inches of its final location. Lift it and place two sheets at each contact point with the slippery sides facing each other. Lower the object, then push it into position. The object should be secured before you remove and discard the slides.

Low Linting—Ideal for controlled spaces where you need to avoid particle contamination. Made with long-fiber pulp, these slides won’t shed during use.

Sheets—Come in a convenient, ready-to-use size for equipment with elevated feet. No cutting required.

Rolls—Cut to the exact size you need. These slides are a good option when a single sheet isn’t long enough to cover the contact points.

Strengthened with polyethylene fabric, this wrap resists tears and punctures while shielding sharp, heavy metal parts from corrosion. It releases vapors that latch on to steel and other types of metal, creating a protective barrier. Also called volatile corrosion inhibitor (VCI) wrap. This wrap won’t break down from water, grease, or oil.

Protect electronic components from tarnish with this chemically impregnated paper wrap, also known as volatile corrosion inhibitor (VCI) wrap. It is bleached and odorless. For the best protection, the coated side should be in contact with the metal.
