Steel Hand Trucks

All-welded steel construction makes these trucks strong and durable. Slide the load plate under flat-bottom loads then tilt back on the wheels to move them. Frames are curved to better support round items. For more leverage when lifting a load, choose a taller handle height. To keep small, thin items from falling through, choose a truck with more support bars.
Flat-free wheels won't go flat and provide a cushioned ride. Tread-on-core wheels have a hard core for strength surrounded by a shock- and sound-absorbing tread for a cushioned ride on all surfaces. Pneumatic wheels provide a cushioned ride over the roughest surfaces, such as gravel.
Optional load plate extensions add to the depth of the load plate to hold more material.

Steel Hand Trucks with Stair Glides

Smoothly move loads across the ground and up and down stairs. These trucks have braces on the bottom that stop the wheels from getting stuck on every stair and curb. Heavy loads aren’t a problem, thanks to their welded steel construction. They also have a curved frame that cradles round items.
To move small, thin items, choose a truck with more support bars so your items don’t fall through. For more leverage when lifting loads, choose a taller handle height.
Trucks with a tapered load plate are also known as shovel-nose trucks. The load plate slides under loads easier than a straight load plate.
Tread-on-core wheels have a strong core surrounded by a shock- and sound-absorbing tread for a cushioned ride on any surface. Pneumatic wheels provide a cushioned ride over the roughest surfaces, such as gravel.

Convertible Hand/Platform Trucks

Quickly convert these trucks from hand truck to platform truck to carry a variety of loads in either a horizontal or vertical position.
Steel trucks are strong and durable.
Styles A and B have removable handles that let you convert the truck.
Polypropylene wheels are lightweight and work on smooth surfaces. Pneumatic rubber wheels provide a cushioned ride over the roughest surfaces, such as gravel.

Stair-Climbing Hand Trucks

Tilt these trucks back onto the rubber stair-climbing rollers to easily move loads up and down stairs. They have padded contact surfaces to protect loads and a strap with ratchet-style tensioner to secure them in place. Their rubber tread-on-core wheels have a hard core for strength surrounded by a shock- and sound-absorbing tread for a cushioned ride on all surfaces.
Steel trucks are more durable than aluminum trucks. They have an automatic recoil mechanism that stores excess strap.

Stable-Ride Front-to-Back Double-Cylinder Trucks

Trucks carry one cylinder behind the other so it's easy to navigate narrow aisles and confined spaces. Rear wheels provide better stability and mobility. A high-clearance load plate and shock-absorbing rubber wheels allow trucks to move easily over obstructions. Chains strap cylinders in for safe transport. Trucks include a removable tool tray.

Easy-Move Steel Drum Dispensing Trucks

Instead of tilting these trucks during transport, push on the handle to lift a drum straight off the ground and move it easily over obstacles. Push the handle down to tilt the drum and dispense. They are suited for long distance moves and are easier to move than mobile drum dispensing stands. Trucks have a drum saddle with a chain and ratchet-style tightener to secure the drum. A handle lock prevents unintentional lowering and a tilt lock keeps the drum vertical. Release the tilt lock for mixing. The rear swivel caster makes them easy to steer. Their lightweight polypropylene wheels roll best on smooth surfaces.

Drum Lift Trucks

Lift, transport, and place drums without a forklift. A V-style base makes it easy to load and unload drums from pallets and platforms. Swivel casters at the back of the truck make them easy to steer.
Trucks with a gas-spring pump handle have a U-shaped lever that engages the gas spring and ratchet mechanism to lift, hold, and release the drum. The length of the handle provides proper leverage, and the base has built-in counterbalance for stability. Hooks securely hold the drum below the rim.
Trucks with a hydraulic pump handle control lifting and lowering of the drum while a claw-style grabber attaches to the rim of the drum for a secure hold.
Floor locks and wheel brakes keep trucks stationary during lifting and lowering.
Polypropylene wheels are lightweight and work on smooth surfaces. Phenolic wheels are nonmarking and roll best on smooth surfaces.

Hydraulic Drum Handlers

A hydraulic lift raises the drum to the required height, and a manual tilt mechanism positions the drum at the proper angle for emptying. Handlers can rotate the drums 360° in either direction. A drum saddle with chain and ratchet-style tightener secures the drum and a floor lock keeps the handlers stationary.
Styles A and B have a hand-operated hydraulic lift to position the drum at the required height. They require minimal assembly.
Style C have an electric hydraulic lift that raises the drum with the push of a button and positions the drum at the required height. Release the button to stop lifting. The load will not drop in the event of a power failure.
Handlers with a crank handle are best for dispensing at lower heights. Handlers with a chain hand wheel are easier to use at higher dispensing heights.
Optional drum adapters fit inside the saddle to hold 30-gallon drums.
Note: In half-full drums contents shift, which reduces capacity.
Warning: Never use to lift people or items over people.

Manual High-Reach Lift Trucks with Forks

Telescoping masts on these trucks allow you to lift loads higher than with standard lift trucks and roll through doorways in the upright position. Crank the handle to raise and lower loads. They have forks for lifting pallets. A brake holds the load in place. A standard winch moves the load. Four swivel casters make these lift trucks easy to maneuver. Engage the wheel brakes before lifting or lowering a load.
Polyurethane wheels are nonmarking, abrasion-resistant, and shock-absorbing. Use them on all floor types, including areas with debris.
Adjustable-width bases better straddle pallets and other items for easier access to the load.
Note: Maximum fork height is based on the number of mast sections used or the amount of telescoping.
Warning: Never use to lift people.
