    Tube Benders

Image of Product. Front orientation. Tube Benders. Tube Benders .
Smoothly bend hard metal tubes, such as steel and titanium, without causing crimps or kinks. Unlike other tube benders that have aluminum mandrels, these tube benders have durable steel mandrels to withstand repeated use with hard metal as well as soft. Long handles create extra leverage to bend hard metal with less force. In addition to making bends as small as 15°, these benders have a rotating handle to make bends from 90° to 180° without ever crossing handles.

    Tube Straighteners

Image of ProductInUse. Front orientation. Tube Straighteners.
Pull coiled tubing through these straighteners to make it smooth and level. They have acetal roller wheels that press your tubing into shape without marring the finish. Unlike pliers, which create kinks and bends that can restrict flow, these straighteners won't damage your tubing. To straighten tubing with different diameters, twist the adjustment knob to change the space between the wheels. Keep these straighteners steady by clamping them into your vise or mounting them to a work surface through holes on the base.

    Heat Pipe Benders

Image of Product. Front orientation. Pipe Benders. Heat Pipe Benders.
Create smooth, accurate bends in round heat pipe for routing heat away from sensitive electronic components and toward a heat sink. These specially designed tools allow a smooth bending motion to reduce marks on your pipe, which ordinary pliers can often leave behind. All have graduation markings to prevent over bending, which can reduce the ability of your heat pipe to transfer heat. Every 45° bend in a heat pipe will reduce the cooling capacity of the heat pipe by about 2.5%. Place these tools on benches, vises, and workstations without scratching them—all have rubber mounting feet.

Make on-the-fly bends in Schedule 40 PVC conduit and pipe without the risk of kinks or cracks. Lightweight and flexible, these benders are easy to keep on hand for occasional use and last-minute adjustments. Insert them into your conduit or pipe and bend across your knee. They do not require heating or access to a power source; however, they're not as precise as traditional benders and only work with a single pipe size.

    Conduit Benders for Offset Bends

Image of Product. Front orientation. Conduit Benders. Conduit Benders for Offset Bends.
When you're working with exposed conduit, these benders make offset bends so your conduit matches knockout holes in electrical boxes. Insert the conduit, and press and release the handle to make offset bends.

    Pipe Groovers

Image of ProductInUse. Front orientation. Pipe Groovers.
Manually form grooves in pipe ends for on-site installation and maintenance of grooved-end piping systems. Also known as roll groovers, these press into pipe to form a groove rather than cutting away material, so they won't weaken the pipe or produce messy shavings. They’re compact enough to carry from job to job and lightweight enough for you to groove overhead pipe without having to set up a tripod or pipe stand.
Adjust the depth of the rollers based on the thickness of your pipe to create a uniform groove all the way around. A ratcheting handle allows you to turn the groover in confined spaces with as little as 3 1/2" of clearance around the pipe. To attach properly, groovers require 2 3/4" of exposed pipe.

Reach inside panels, disconnects, and raceway to bend and position heavy duty cable with greater precision and less fatigue than bending by hand. The dies on the ends of these benders are sized to handle large wire gauges; fit your cable into the dies and push or pull the handle to bend.
Smooth dies wear less on the cable's insulation than knurled dies but are also more likely to slip.
Knurled dies provide better grip and leverage on large cable than smooth dies but might scuff and wear soft insulation material.
Style A—Keep style A benders in your belt pouch for on-the-fly bends and especially tight spots. They attach to a standard 1/2" square drive ratchet wrench, which acts as the handle.
Style B—Style B benders have dies on both ends of the handle. The dies on one end of the bender are oriented differently than the dies on the other end, so if one end doesn't give you the leverage you need, you can flip the bender around and use the other end.
Style C—Especially useful for bending cable inside an enclosure, Style C benders include a bender and a T-handle adapter. Fit the adapter into the center of the bender to use it like a large T-handle key or lug wrench. In the T-handle configuration, the tool delivers more torque than a bender alone. You can also use the bender by itself—the dies on either end of the bender are oriented differently, which means you can flip the bender around if one end doesn't give you the leverage you need.
Style D—For the most versatility, and for bending the thickest cable, Style D benders include two long benders and one T-handle adapter. With a 22"-lg. bender in each hand, you'll have the most possible leverage—place the cable between the dies, and squeeze the two benders together like a bolt cutter. Another option, which is good for bending cable that's already inside an enclosure, is to attach the handle adapter to the bender to create a T- or L-shaped lug wrench. As a third option, use either one of the straight-handle benders on its own.

    Style C

Don’t let rebar bend you out of shape. Unlike standard three-pin rebar benders, our benders create precise angles on the first try. The long handles and high-friction grips improve leverage and traction, reducing muscle strain. Lightweight steel makes these durable enough to last a lifetime of contracting jobs. Also known as rebar hickeys.
Style A—The straight head bends rebar to perfect 90° angles for corner reinforcements, concrete footings, and more. The angled head bends rebar to perfect 65° angles for hooks, anchors, stirrups, and more.
Style B—The angled head bends rebar to perfect 65° angles for hooks, anchors, stirrups, and more.
Style C—Also called cutter-benders. Bends to 90° and 180°, including smooth curves for U-shaped staples and J-shaped hooks. To cut, load the rebar into the slot on top of the cutter-bender’s head and repeatedly yank the lever down until the blades meet. For even more leverage, bolt the cutter-bender to a wood board to create a larger, more stable base.
