Protect your neck and face from the sun's rays. An inner elastic rim fits over most hard hats.

50 Ultraviolet Protection Factor (UPF)—Sun shields with a 50 UPF block 98% of the sun's UV rays. Roll up and secure the neck shade when you don't need the coverage and would prefer the extra airflow. The underside of the brim is dark to reduce the sun's glare, so you're not squinting in bright light.

Polyester Fabric—These sun shields are made of lightweight polyester fabric, so they won’t weigh you down.

Cooling Pads with Heat Protection

Covers Neck—Pads with neck coverage give you extra protection from the sun.

PET Fabric—PET pads can be soaked in cold water for 1-3 minutes to cool you for your entire shift. They’re machine washable.

Cotton Fabric—Cotton pads have crystals that absorb water to relieve heat using evaporation. Soak them in cold water for 15-20 minutes to keep you cool for 4 hours.

Polyester Fabric—Polyester pads only require you to run water over them for about a minute to keep you cool for 4 hours. They’re fluorescent yellow, so you’re easy to spot in all lighting conditions. Machine wash them when necessary.

Hook and Loop Closure—These cooling pads attach to a hard-hat suspension with hook and loop straps.
