Heat-Reflective Aluminized Aprons

Often used in steel mills and glass plants, aluminized clothing reflects radiant heat and protects against sparks. These aprons have no pockets so they won’t trap hot particles. They have adjustable neck and waist straps to modify the fit. The straps snap on and off so you can remove them quickly.
Rayon provides good radiant-heat protection as well as moderate spark protection and protection against molten metal splashes.
Kevlar aramid/fiberglass blend combines good heat resistance with excellent abrasion and cut resistance, in addition to offering protection against molten metal splashes.

Heat-Reflective Face Shields



The coating on these face shields reflects radiant heat to keep your face cooler. Shields meet ANSI/ISEA Z87.1+ high-impact standards when worn with safety glasses or goggles. They have a ratchet adjustment with an easy-turn knob.
Face shields with chin guard provide added protection.
Attach the optional shield extenders to these face shields for an extra 3” of coverage on each side of your face. Once in place, they’ll overlap the face shields so nothing passes through.
