    Heat-Shrink-Insulation Terminal and Splice Kits

    For use where water and contaminants are a concern, the terminals and splices in these kits have insulation that shrinks and creates a tight seal when heated. Use a crimping tool (included with some kits) to install wire.

    Tight-Hold Heat-Shrink-Insulation Terminal and Splice Kits

    Keep on hand a variety of different sized terminals and splices with the most secure, sealed connection we offer. Heat the outside and the enclosed solder melts to secure your wire. The insulation also shrinks when heated, keeping out water and contaminants.
    Ring, quick-disconnect, and spade terminals have insulation covering the barrel to prevent short circuiting with nearby wire. Butt splices have a fully insulated connection tab, so no metal is exposed when they’re mated.
