For better protection against abrasion, tears, and punctures, this tubing has thicker walls than standard tubing. Use it to create tight, custom-fit insulation to protect wire and cable.
Dielectric strength is the maximum voltage a material can handle before it starts to break down. The higher the dielectric strength of a material, the better it is for preventing electricity, heat, or signal from dissipating from wire and cable.

Extra-thick walls provide better protection against abrasion and tears than standard moisture-seal tubing. It has an adhesive lining that melts when the tubing is heated and bonds to the underlying surface, creating a water-resistant seal.
Short-length tubing is good for sliding over terminals, wire ferrules, and compression lugs to insulate and protect them.
