    Adhesive-Mount Heat Sheets

Stick these flexible heat sheets to container surfaces to warm contents without direct contact. They require a temperature switch or controller (not included) to regulate heat output.
Note: Do not cut, crease, or overlap these sheets—this will damage the heating element. Use a roller during installation to remove air pockets and ensure direct surface contact. Once these sheets have been applied to a surface, they cannot be removed and reused.

2.5 W/in² Watt Density—For gentle warming, choose sheets with a watt density of 2.5 watts per square inch.
5 W/in² Watt Density—Sheets with a watt density of 5 watts per square inch are good for general purpose heating.
10 W/in² Watt Density—For rapid warm-up and high-temperature applications, choose sheets with a watt density of 10 watts per square inch.
    Adhesive Back—Adhesive-back sheets have a pressure-sensitive adhesive.

    Ultra-Thin Heat Sheets

Less than 0.015″ thick and highly conformable, these heat sheets warm components in tight spaces within complex designs. You need a temperature switch or controller (not included) to regulate their heat output.
Note: Do not cut, crease, or overlap these sheets—this will damage the heating element. Use a roller during installation to remove air pockets and ensure direct surface contact. Once these sheets have been applied, they cannot be removed or reused.

5 W/in² Watt Density—Sheets with a watt density of 5 watts per square inch are good for general purpose heating.
10 W/in² Watt Density—For rapid warm-up and high-temperature jobs, use sheets with a watt density of 10 watts per square inch.
20 W/in² Watt Density—Choose sheets with a watt density of 20 watts per square inch for your highest-temperature applications, such as starting chemical reactions and altering the viscosity of liquids.
Adhesive Back—Stick them to surfaces with their adhesive back.
Polyimide—Made of polyimide, these sheets emit minimal gas and won’t leave an oil residue, which means you can use them in vacuum systems.

Adhesive-Mount Heat Sheets with Temperature Control

Image of ProductInUse. Front orientation. Heating Pads. Adhesive-Mount Heat Sheets with Temperature Control.
An adjustable thermostat senses the container’s surface temperature to automatically control heat output. These heat sheets permanently adhere to container surfaces to warm contents without direct contact.
Since the thermostat only responds to the container’s surface temperature, the temperature of its contents may be lower. The first time you heat material, monitor its temperature with a thermometer (not included) and record the thermostat setting so you can consistently reach the same temperature in the future.
Note: Do not cut, crease, or overlap these sheets—this will damage the heating element. Use a roller during installation to remove air pockets and ensure direct surface contact. Once sheets have been applied to a surface, they cannot be removed and reused.

    Heavy Duty Adhesive-Mount Heat Sheets

These heaters permanently adhere to container surfaces to heat contents without direct contact. All require a temperature switch or controller (sold separately) to regulate heat output.
Note: Do not cut, crease, or overlap these heaters—this will damage the heating element. Use a roller during installation to remove air pockets and ensure direct surface contact. Once heaters have been applied to a surface, they cannot be removed and reused.
    Rectangle
    Adhesive Back—Adhesive-back heaters have a pressure-sensitive adhesive.
Silicone Rubber—For more durability than other adhesive-mount heaters, a thick layer of fiberglass-reinforced silicone rubber encases the heating element.

    Adhesive-Back Thermocouple Probes for Surfaces

Simply peel off the adhesive backing on these probes and press them onto a surface to measure its temperature. Without bulky mounting hardware, the thin sensor can slide into crammed spots. You can connect them to controllers, thermometers, and other temperature reading devices to view and store measurements. Pick the thermocouple type that best covers the temperature range you expect your surface to be. Make sure the thermocouple type you choose is compatible with the device you plan to connect it to.
These thermocouples are manufactured to conform to ASTM E230 for accuracy. Accuracy is how far off the reported value is from the actual temperature.
Note: When installing probes with wire leads, the red wire is negative.
