Without Temperature Control	Adjustable Thermostat

Install these heating elements into threaded container openings or pipe couplings to quickly and efficiently heat liquid through direct contact.

Note: Fully immerse the heating element in liquid to prevent heating element failure.

304 Stainless Steel Heating Element—304 stainless steel heating elements are more corrosion resistant than copper heating elements.

316 Stainless Steel Heating Element—316 stainless steel heating elements are more corrosion resistant than 304 stainless steel and copper heating elements.

Incoloy Nickel Heating Element—Incoloy Nickel heating elements have the best corrosion resistance.

Without Temperature Control—Heating elements without temperature control require a temperature switch or controller (sold separately) to regulate heat output.

Adjustable Thermostat—Heating elements with an adjustable thermostat automatically turn on when the temperature drops below the set temperature and off when it rises above the set temperature. Adjust the set temperature with the dial.

To heat oil and coolant without creating hot spots and damaging the heating element, these heating elements have a lower watt density than heating elements for water or chemicals. They install into threaded container openings or pipe couplings to quickly and efficiently heat liquid through direct contact.

Note: Fully immerse the heating element in liquid to prevent heating element failure. These heating elements install through threaded container openings or pipe couplings.

Flow-Through Heating Elements for Chemical Solutions

Also known as circulation heating elements, these install directly into pipelines to quickly and efficiently heat liquid through direct contact. All are designed to heat chemical solutions at much higher watt densities than other immersion heating elements without damaging the heating element. An adjustable thermostat automatically turns the heating element on when the temperature drops below the set temperature and off when it rises above the set temperature. Adjust the set temperature with the dial. Heating elements automatically shut off at 202° F to prevent fire and heating element burnout. The heating element is titanium for excellent resistance to harsh chemicals.

With a lower watt density than heating elements for water or chemicals, these heating elements can heat coolant without creating hot spots or damaging the heating element. An adjustable thermostat automatically turns the heating element on when the temperature drops below the set temperature and off when it rises above the set temperature. Adjust the set temperature with the dial. Heating elements are for use in metal containers; they should not be used in plastic containers.

Note: Immerse the heating element in liquid up to at least the minimum coverage level to prevent heating element failure.
