Use these heating elements to efficiently heat liquid in small containers—they’re sized to fit in openings that are 1 NPT or smaller. They heat a variety of chemicals quickly—but not so quickly that the heating element burns out. The heating element is made of 316 stainless steel, so it resists corroding.

Both ends of the fitting are threaded, so one side fits into your tank and the other can be threaded into conduit to protect the wiring. For the most even heat distribution, choose the largest length of heating element that will fit in your container. Heating elements require a temperature switch or controller (sold separately) to regulate the heat output and power the heating element.

Note: Fully submerge the heating element while in use to prevent the heating element from failing.

Also known as circulation heating elements, these install directly into pipelines to quickly and efficiently heat liquid through direct contact. All are designed to heat chemical solutions at much higher watt densities than other immersion heating elements without damaging the heating element. An adjustable thermostat automatically turns the heating element on when the temperature drops below the set temperature and off when it rises above the set temperature. Adjust the set temperature with the dial. Heating elements automatically shut off at 202° F to prevent fire and heating element burnout. The heating element is titanium for excellent resistance to harsh chemicals.
