    Ultra-Thin Heat Sheets

Less than 0.015″ thick and highly conformable, these heat sheets warm components in tight spaces within complex designs. You need a temperature switch or controller (not included) to regulate their heat output.
Note: Do not cut, crease, or overlap these sheets—this will damage the heating element. Use a roller during installation to remove air pockets and ensure direct surface contact. Once these sheets have been applied, they cannot be removed or reused.

5 W/in² Watt Density—Sheets with a watt density of 5 watts per square inch are good for general purpose heating.
10 W/in² Watt Density—For rapid warm-up and high-temperature jobs, use sheets with a watt density of 10 watts per square inch.
20 W/in² Watt Density—Choose sheets with a watt density of 20 watts per square inch for your highest-temperature applications, such as starting chemical reactions and altering the viscosity of liquids.
Adhesive Back—Stick them to surfaces with their adhesive back.
Polyimide—Made of polyimide, these sheets emit minimal gas and won’t leave an oil residue, which means you can use them in vacuum systems.
