Also known as heat blankets, these heaters completely surround containers for fast heating and increased heat retention in unheated and drafty areas. Do not use in hazardous areas.
Nonadjustable Thermostat—Heaters with a nonadjustable thermostat output a consistent heat and turn on and off intermittently to maintain that temperature. Since you can’t change their heat output, there’s no need to monitor them and no risk of tampering, which could damage containers and their contents.

Keep your battery running at full power even when the temperature drops—these heaters warm batteries quickly without overheating them. They fit most automotive and marine batteries. Made from oil- and acid-resistant materials, they stand up to the harsh conditions under the hood of your vehicle. Add a timer switch to automatically turn them on and off at a set time and day.
Band Heater—Band heaters are best if you want to move the heater from vehicle to vehicle or only need to heat your battery every now and then. They heat faster and more evenly than sheet heaters, and they’re simpler to install—just wrap them around your installed battery. However, you have to take them off before running your vehicle, so you can’t leave them on permanently.

Temporarily store and warm items—these enclosures heat the space inside them. They’re often used to keep drums and palletized items from freezing at chilly jobsites and to maintain the viscosity of materials such as resins. A thermostat automatically turns the heater on and off, so they won’t drop below or rise above the set temperature. These enclosures have a vinyl cover that insulates to help keep the space warm. When closed, the cover shields your items from dirt, rain, and snow. Open the cover on either side to access your items. These enclosures collapse for easy storage.
Nonadjustable Thermostat—Enclosures with a nonadjustable thermostat keep the temperature between 90° and 110° F.
Adjustable Thermostat—Enclosures with an adjustable thermostat have a keypad to change your set temperature.

Keep liquid in your pipes from freezing, maintain a specific viscosity, and prevent condensation in cold areas. Also known as heat blankets, these heaters wrap around your pipe to quickly warm the contents without direct contact. Do not use in hazardous areas.
With Self-Regulating Temp. Control—These heaters are self-regulating, so they automatically adjust their heat output to account for temperature differences along the length of the heater. They output high heat for sections of pipe exposed to the cold, and low heat for a section that’s in a warmer spot. There’s no need for a separate temperature switch or controller; just plug them in and they start heating.
Foam—Their foam insulation retains heat, so your pipes will stay warm even in drafty areas.

Keep gas flowing even when the temperature drops—also known as heat blankets, these heaters wrap around propane tanks to safely warm liquefied gas so it can vaporize. These heaters are sized to fit industry-standard propane tanks. Quickly install and remove them using the buckles or latches. A GFCI is built into the power cord to prevent electrical shocks.
Nonadjustable Thermostat—Because you can’t adjust the thermostat, there’s no risk of accidentally changing the set temperature.
90° F Maximum Heat Output—Their built-in thermostat heats up to 90° F, then automatically adjusts the power output to keep your tank consistently warm.
Vinyl Plastic—Made of heavy duty vinyl plastic, these heaters stand up to scuffs, water, and UV rays, so they last even outdoors. The vinyl plastic is NFPA rated for flame retardance; however, you shouldn’t use these heaters near combustible gases or dust.
Foam—They’re insulated with foam, so they retain heat even in chilly environments.

Heaters with an adjustable thermostat let you fine-tune the heat output, so they’re best if there are surrounding temperature changes or you want the liquid in your line to be at a certain temperature. For instance, if a liquid needs to be at a certain temperature to mix well, you can adjust the heat output on the digital keypad as needed. These heaters automatically turn on or off to keep your hose consistently warm.

Heaters with self-regulating temperature control work well when all you need is freeze protection and to prevent condensation. Just plug them in and they start heating—no fussing with a thermostat or temperature controller. They automatically adjust the heat output to account for temperature differences along the length of the heater. For instance, if a hose runs both indoors and outdoors in the winter, these heaters will output high heat to the section that runs outdoors and less heat to the section that runs indoors.

These ETL-listed heaters keep containers warm in areas where hazardous material is present. Also known as heat blankets, they surround drums and totes to heat them up quickly. They’re also insulated with foam or fiberglass to retain heat. They have a built-in thermostat that cycles on and off to keep contents at a set temperature. There's no need to monitor these heaters—since the temperature can’t be changed, there’s no risk of tampering.
Hazardous Location Rating—Hazardous location ratings indicate whether manufacturers have included safety features in products to facilitate their safe use in a hazardous environment. Before selecting a product for a hazardous location, ensure it is rated for your environment.

Cool the contents of your pail, drum, or tote from the outside. Since they cool from the outside, there's no risk of introducing contaminants to your material. These coolers are often used to stabilize solutions or keep liquids from evaporating. Connect them to a chiller or water source to circulate cold liquid around your container. Secure them with elastic straps. When they’re filled, these coolers conform to the surface of a container, eliminating air pockets to cool evenly. A layer of insulation locks in the cold and reduces condensation. As liquid flows out of these coolers, you can channel it back into your chiller or empty it into a drain.
You can also use these coolers to keep material warm—they circulate fluid up to 120° F. When using them at temperatures above 45° F, fill with water only.

Extend the shelf life of your diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) while storing it in cold places. Also called heat blankets, these heaters wrap around 330 gal. DEF totes to evenly warm the fluid inside. They’re insulated with foam, so they retain heat even in chilly environments. Designed for DEF totes with a built-in pump, these heaters have an extended frame to fit the pump housing and an opening for the pump equipment. Manually set the temperature with the digital keypad. A thermostat automatically turns these heaters on and off to maintain the set temperature. To prevent overheating, a resettable fuse opens if the temperature rises above the maximum heat output.
Secure these heaters with the included buckles and straps—no need for adhesive. They’re quick to unbuckle and remove once your tote is empty.
A ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) is built in to their power cord to prevent electrical shocks.
Vinyl Plastic—Made of heavy duty vinyl, these heaters stand up to scuffs, water, and UV rays, so they last even outdoors. The vinyl is NFPA rated for flame retardance; however, you shouldn’t use these heaters near combustible gases or dust.
