Tank-Mount High-Pressure-Regulating Valves for Air and Inert Gas
- For Use With: See Table
- Temperature Range: -20° to 120° F
Often used for pressure-vessel testing and other high-pressure applications, these valves can handle at least seven times the outlet pressure of standard tank-mount pressure-regulating valves. They automatically reduce a high inlet pressure from compressed gas tanks to a lower, stable outlet pressure. All have Compressed Gas Association (CGA) numbered inlet fittings for secure connections to compressed gas tanks. Choose a valve with the same CGA number as your tank and other system components. Outlet fittings are Swagelok® for a leak-free seal around hard metal tubing in high-pressure lines. Also known as instrumentation fittings, Swagelok® fittings are compatible with Parker A-Lok, Gyrolok, Bilok, and Tylok fittings. Valves have a gauge to monitor outlet pressure and a gauge to monitor inlet pressure from the tank. They are single stage and reduce pressure in one step, which causes the outlet pressure to fluctuate slightly as you empty the tank.
Choose a valve with a maximum outlet pressure that’s approximately twice your application’s normal operating pressure. Your operating pressure should never exceed 75% of the valve’s maximum outlet pressure.

Miniature Ultra-High-Pressure-Regulating Valves for Water, Air, and Inert Gas

- For Use With: Water, Air, Argon
- Temperature Range: -15° to 165° F
For extremely high-pressure applications in tight spots, these valves handle the same inlet pressures as other ultra-high-pressure-regulating valves within a smaller footprint. They automatically reduce a high, variable inlet pressure to a lower, stable outlet pressure. Adjust the outlet pressure within the range. All have two gauge ports. Body is nickel-plated aluminum for good corrosion resistance. Valves are no-bleed style, so they keep the process gas contained within the valve.
High-Pressure-Regulating Valves for Water, Oil, Air, and Inert Gas

- For Use With: Water, Oil, Air, Inert Gas
- Temperature Range: 32° to 300° F
Withstand more than six times the inlet pressure of standard pressure-regulating valves. These valves automatically reduce a high, variable inlet pressure to a lower, stable outlet pressure. Adjust the outlet pressure within the range. Valves have a 303 stainless steel body for corrosion resistance in harsh environments.

High-Flow Electronically-Controlled Precision
Compressed Air Regulators with Display

Keep an eye on the output pressure in high-flow applications—you can view and control it remotely or on the display at the source. These regulators translate electrical signals into steady output pressure that’s needed for precise, repeatable motion. As the input signal increases, the output pressure increases proportionally within the regulating range. Pair them with sensors that produce the required input signal current or voltage or with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automatic pressure adjustments.
All are relieving regulators, so they exhaust when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure. Install them in your air line after your filters.
Regulators with an LED display let you choose from multiple views, including showing pressure scale in psi or bar, minimum pressure, and maximum pressure within the regulating range.
Mounting brackets (sold separately) allow you to attach the regulator to a wall or equipment.

Hazardous Location Electronically-Controlled
Precision Compressed Air Regulators with Display
Designed to prevent sparks, these regulators are safe to use in IEC Zone 2, Groups IIC, IIB, and IIA hazardous locations. Set outlet pressure right on the display or adjust them remotely. For remote adjustments, pair them with either sensors or programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Sensors will produce the required input signal current based on system feedback. For more complex setups, PLCs will take timing, logic, or sensor inputs into consideration. These regulators translate electrical signals into steady output pressure for precise, repeatable motion. As the input signal increases, the output pressure increases proportionally within the regulating range. All are relieving regulators, so they exhaust when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure. Install these regulators in your air line after filters, then use a cable (sold separately) to connect to your PLC or network.
The display shows outlet pressure, pressure scale (psi or bar), minimum pressure, and maximum pressure (within the regulating range).
Regulators with IO link allow you to change settings remotely, monitor performance, and run diagnostics when connected to your industrial network.

High-Flow Precision Compressed Air Regulators
Deliver a large volume of air at a steady pressure for precise, repeatable movement in cylinders, actuators, and automated systems. No matter how irregular your compressed air supply pressure is, these precision regulators have a flexible diaphragm that automatically adjusts to input pressure changes and an aspirator tube that creates a feedback loop to maintain set pressure within a tight band.
Relieving regulators exhaust when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure. Nonrelieving regulators don’t exhaust any downstream pressure—a helpful setup in highly controlled environments. To prevent pressure buildup, manually vent them or use a relief valve.
BSPP threads are also known as G threads.
Pressure gauges are for use with regulators with NPT threading.
Add mounting brackets to attach the regulator to a wall or your equipment.

Tamper-Resistant Precision Compressed Air Regulators

Prevent unintentional or unauthorized pressure changes in lines that demand constant, consistent air pressure. These regulators have a tamper-resistant cover that threads over the adjusting screw to block access. Use them to deliver steady air pressure in sensitive applications that rely on it for precise force and movement. All are relieving regulators, so they exhaust when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure. Install them in your air line after filters.
BSPP threads are also known as G threads.
