High-Pressure Compact Solenoid On/Off Valves

Control flow in high-pressure lines in tight spots—these valves have the highest pressure ratings of our compact valves. They operate on electricity to automatically start and stop flow.
Valves are normally closed unless actuated. They don’t require a minimum pressure drop between the inlet and outlet for operation. The actuator is directly mounted to the valve body to minimize movement and reduce wear.
303 stainless steel valves are more corrosion resistant than 430 stainless steel valves.
430 stainless steel valves have a solenoid coil that is a UL and C-UL Recognized Component and meets both American and Canadian safety standards.
NEMA 4X valves resist washdowns, splashing water, corrosive liquid, and dust.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

Solenoid On/Off Valves for Steam
These valves are designed to withstand the high temperatures and pressures in steam service applications. They operate on electricity to automatically start and stop flow. The actuator is directly mounted to the valve body to minimize movement and reduce wear.
Normally closed valves are closed unless actuated. Normally open valves are open unless actuated.
316 stainless steel valves are more corrosion resistant than brass and bronze valves.
Zero pressure drop valves don’t require a minimum pressure drop between the inlet and outlet for operation. Pressure drop assisted valves require a minimum pressure drop between the inlet and the outlet for operation; the upstream pressure must be greater than the downstream pressure.
NEMA 4X valves resist washdowns, splashing water, corrosive liquid, and dust.
