Console Enclosures

Build out human-machine interfaces by installing buttons, switches, gauges, and other components to monitor and control machinery. These enclosures have a large, slanted cover that holds components at a visible angle without blocking the view of your operation. They are about countertop height, so you can sit or stand during use. Remove the cover and doors to assemble electronics with more working space. They are IP and NEMA rated for protection from washdowns, oil, and dust.

Panels

Add panels inside the enclosure to mount electronics without cutting or drilling the walls, maintaining protection from washdowns, oil, and dust. Electronics can be assembled on the panel outside of the enclosure for more working space and inserted when complete.

Hinged Cover

Safeguard motor controls, power supplies, and wiring from a range of drips to drenches. Unlike everyday electrical boxes, these enclosures have a gasket that locks out moisture and dust to keep electrical components dry and contaminant-free.

Hinged Cover—The cover swings open for fast, frequent access and remains attached to prevent drops or loss.

Impact-Resistant Polycarbonate—Our toughest plastic enclosures withstand forceful blows that would crack other plastics—even dropping a bowling ball on them won’t cause damage. They also resist oils, cleaners, and mild acids.

Watertight Enclosures for Positioning Arms


Enclosure, Handles, and Keyboard Tray (HMI Not Included)

Create a human-machine interface (HMI) that mounts to a positioning arm so you can move it exactly where you need it. The mounting holes in these enclosures align with our positioning arms, while the large center hole lets you route cables from your external HMI components. If you want to mount these enclosures to something else, add a plug to seal the existing holes and drill your own. Use the back cover to service your HMI without taking the enclosure apart or removing it from its mount. Whether mounted to a positioning arm or sealed with a plug, these enclosures safeguard power supplies and wiring from a range of drips to drenches.

Powder-Coated Steel—Inherently strong, these enclosures resist denting and cracking better than our other metal options. The coating forms a barrier against water and mild detergents, but if scratched, the underlying steel may rust.
