Hinge-Pin-Mount Door Stops

With Locking Screw

With Threaded Stud

Remove the pin on your door's hinge, slide it through one of these stops, and then insert it back into the hinge to set and adjust the door's opening angle. Both stops have nonmarking rubber pads, which are abrasion resistant. Use the locking screw or threaded stud to make your adjustments.

Hinged Shaft Collars

Offering the benefits of a two-piece collar in a one-piece design, these collars swing open for positioning then close anywhere on your shaft. Tighten the clamping screw to secure. The screw is captive so it won’t fall out, making these collars good for use in tight areas where you can’t hold the screw in place. Collars clamp evenly around your shaft to create a strong, mar-free hold.

Black-oxide steel collars have some corrosion resistance. 303 stainless steel collars have excellent corrosion resistance.

Hinge-Pin Mount Door Holders

Place one of these wire springs onto your door's hinge pin to keep it open. Holders are for use with hinges that have a removable pin and doors that are 36" Wd. × 96" Ht. or smaller. Use one holder per hinge.

Hinge-Actuated Safety Switches

Replace access door hinges with these switches; they actuate when the door opens at least 4°. Also known as interlock switches, they ensure the safety of personnel by automatically shutting off power to machinery when an access door opens. All have positive-force, normally-closed contacts that will open a circuit when the switch is actuated even if a spring fails or the contacts stick. In addition to access doors, these switches can also be used on machine guards constructed from aluminum T-slotted framing. They’re rated IP65 for protection from washdowns.
