Choose the right hinge based on mounting style, clearance, leaf thickness, knuckle length, and other important dimensions.

    Surface-Mount Hinges with Holes

Our most widely used hinges are ready to mount to doors and frames. Since they don’t need a cutout, they’re easier to install than mortise hinges.
Nonremovable Pin—The tamper-resistant choice. Since the pin can’t be removed, the door can only be taken down by removing the hinge completely.
316 Stainless Steel—Our most corrosion-resistant stainless steel hinges won't degrade when exposed to harsh weather, salt water, and most chemicals.

    Plastic Hinges with Holes

Image of Product. Front orientation. Hinges. Plastic Hinges with Holes.
Moisture and chemical resistant, these hinges hold up where metal hinges could break down. You'll often find them on enclosures, cabinets, and other equipment.
Nonremovable Pin—The tamper-resistant choice. Since the pin can’t be removed, the door can only be taken down by removing the hinge completely.
Black Nylon—The most common plastic hinges. They're slippery and abrasion resistant, so they swing freely.

These clevis rod ends offer more corrosion resistance than standard steel clevis rod ends. Also called yoke-end linkages, they support pivoting movement along one axis when threaded onto shafts, rods, valve pistons, and other assemblies.
Zinc-Plated Carbon Steel—Zinc-plated steel rod ends offer moderate corrosion resistance.
316 Stainless Steel—Stainless steel rod ends offer excellent corrosion resistance.
