Transport wet food and drink at high pressures with a hose connected by sanitary fittings. The hose is strengthened with yarn to handle high-pressure vacuum and suction without getting kinked or crushed. Also known as brewer's and vintner's hose, it's FDA compliant and 3-A certified. The fittings are also 3-A certified, so it's safe for use with food. However, you shouldn't use it with oily substances. The hose and fittings stand up to frequent hot water and chemical cleanings. Since it's interior is smooth, food won't get caught or build up inside the hose. It has an EPDM cover that won't tear, so you can drag it across shop floors. It's not for continuous steam service.
The fittings are also called tri-clamp fittings. They attach to other quick-clamp fittings with a gasket and a clamp.

It’s made of chlorobutyl, so it won't corrode when washed repeatedly with hot water and cleaning solutions. Since it's interior is smooth, food won't get caught or build up inside the hose. The cover is made of abrasion-resistant EPDM, so you can drag it across shop floors. Hose is not for continuous steam service. To connect fittings, insert the plug into the socket and push the levers down.
