Vibration-Resistant Chemical Hose with Flanges


- Temperature Range: -65° to 500° F

Transfer harsh chemicals while reducing vibration that could damage pumps or other equipment. This hose is made of corrugated stainless steel and reinforced by a stainless steel braid, so it absorbs vibration instead of passing it on. Also known as a pump connector, it comes in lengths that are commonly attached to pumps. The PTFE liner resists cracking or weakening from some of the most corrosive chemicals, including sulfuric and hydrochloric acid. There’s no need for a gasket because the liner flares out as it passes through the flanges, keeping your line’s contents from touching the fittings. For easy bolt alignment, the flanged ends swivel.
