Equipped with a built-in container for condensate, these pumps work alongside your system to remove condensate from air conditioners, refrigerators, dehumidifiers, and other equipment. They are not submersible. A safety switch turns off your equipment in case of pump failure. Pumps turn on and off automatically.
    Style A
Image of Product. Front orientation. Condensate Pumps. Condensate Pumps with Tank, Style A.
Style A pumps have a two-piece body so you can install them up to 3 ft. away from the condensate reservoir.
Hardwire—Hardwire pumps must be wired to a power source.

Circulation Pumps for Water and Oil

Image of Product. Front orientation. Centrifugal Pumps. Circulation Pumps for Water and Oil.
These pumps can be used to move water and lubricating oil in boiler feed systems, cooling towers, and heat exchangers. The housing rotates for vertical or horizontal discharge. They have totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) motors for use in dusty, dirty, and damp environments. Pumps are gravity fed and require an elevated liquid source to fully fill the pump before turning on. Do not run dry.
Note: If flow control is needed, place valves or reducers on the discharge side; never restrict the inlet of a pump with a valve or reducer.

Harsh-Environment Circulation Pumps for Water and Oil

Image of Product. Front orientation. Centrifugal Pumps. Harsh Environment Circulation Pumps for Water and Oil.
The motor is totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) for use in dusty, dirty, and damp environments. Use these pumps to move water and lubricating oil in boiler feed systems, cooling towers, and heat exchangers. The housing rotates for vertical or horizontal discharge. Pumps are self-priming after you fill the pump chamber with liquid. As liquid in the chamber is expelled, a suction force is created, which allows the pump to draw liquid upward.
Note: Pumps must be filled with liquid before use. They need a constant flow of liquid and cannot run dry. If flow control is needed, place valves or reducers on the discharge side; never restrict the inlet of a pump with a valve or reducer.

Corrosion-Resistant Steam Condensate Pumps with Tank

The stainless steel tank has excellent corrosion resistance. Designed for use in low-pressure steam systems, these pumps capture steam in the attached tank and return hot condensate to your boiler or feed unit. They are activated by a float switch, turning on and off when condensate level reaches a certain depth.

High-Flow Steam Condensate Pumps with Tank

Move a higher volume of condensate than standard steam condensate pumps. Use these pumps in low-pressure steam systems to capture hot condensate and return it to your boiler or feed unit. They turn on when the tank is 2/3 full and turn off when condensate drops to 6" deep.

High-Head Circulation Pumps for Water, Coolants, and Oil

Propel liquid higher and farther than standard circulation pumps. They're commonly used with chillers, heat exchangers, and boiler feed systems. The motor is open dripproof (ODP) for use in clean, dry, and well-ventilated environments. Pumps are gravity fed and require an elevated liquid source to fully fill the pump before turning on. Do not run dry or use with solids.
Note: If flow control is needed, place valves or reducers on the discharge side; never restrict the inlet of a pump with a valve or reducer.

Long-Life High-Flow Steam Condensate Pumps with Tank

To handle high condensate volume, the workload is distributed between two pumps for a longer service life than standard high-flow steam condensate pumps. The second pump provides redundancy so one pump can operate while you work on the other. These pumps move a higher volume of condensate than standard steam condensate pumps. Use them in low-pressure steam systems to capture hot condensate and return it to your boiler or feed unit. Pumps turn on when the tank is 2/3 full and turn off when condensate drops to 6" deep.

    Boiler Feed Pumps

Image of Product. Front orientation. Boiler Feed Pumps.
Keep the water in your boiler at the proper level by pumping in condensate. Wire one of these pumps to the boiler’s controller and the float switch activates the pump to fill when water level gets too low. A safety valve connects to your facility’s water line to ensure the pump won’t run dry.

    Circulation Pumps without Motor

Image of Product. Front orientation. Centrifugal Pumps. Circulation Pumps without Motor.
Also known as centrifugal pumps, these send a high flow of liquid through a pipeline or a closed circuit. They’re often used in heating and cooling applications, as well as for tank filling and emptying. Connect them to a spark-free air motor for hazardous locations, or use an electric motor with a speed reducer or belt pulley to alter pump speed. Recommended for use with a NEMA 56C frame motor. Pumps are gravity fed and require an elevated liquid source to fully fill the pump before turning on. Do not run dry or use with solids.

High-Flow Extended-Life Inline Circulation Pumps for Water

Image of Product. Front orientation. Centrifugal Pumps. High-Flow Extended-Life Inline Circulation Pumps for Water.
These pumps have higher flow rate than other inline circulation pumps and are cooled by the liquid being pumped to extend the life of the motor. Install them directly in your pipeline for applications such as hot-water circulation and solar heating. Pumps have an open dripproof (ODP) motor for use in clean, dry, and well-ventilated environments. Mount horizontally with required pipe connectors (sold separately). Do not run dry or use with solids.
Note: If flow control is needed, place valves or reducers on the discharge side; never restrict the inlet of a pump with a valve or reducer.
Required Pipe Connectors—When ordering the required pipe connectors (sold separately), please specify pipe size of ¾, 1, 1 ¼, or 1 ½.

Manually pump air, water, or hydraulic fluid through your system so you can test fluid pressure in valves, hose, sprinkler lines, pipes, boilers, condensers, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and other pumps.
Styles D-F—Styles D, E, and F have a reservoir to store test fluids.
Style G—Style G has a baseplate to provide leverage and stability while testing.
Style H—Style H is attached to a channel base for improved leverage.
Air Exhaust Valve—Pumps with air exhaust valve vent air after use.
Pressure Gauge (±0.5% Accuracy), Pressure Gauge (±1% Accuracy), Pressure Gauge (±2% Accuracy), and Pressure Gauge (±2.5% Accuracy)—Pumps with pressure gauge can also be used for calibration.
