Rams for Hydraulic Jacks
Push or pry apart material with these rams by attaching them to a hydraulic pump. Use hose to connect the ram to a pump; add a pressure gauge to monitor hydraulic oil pressure levels and guard against overload.
Style A rams are wedge-shaped to squeeze into tight spaces to pry, lift, and spread.
Style B-D rams lift or push material. Style B rams have a lower profile than Style C rams. Style D rams have an unthreaded hole through the center that can be used to create a pulling action. Run a threaded rod through the bottom of the ram and fasten or weld the rod to the material you are trying to pull. Often used to free stuck parts.
Rams with collar threads are threaded at the top of the ram for mounting in a fixture or with a mounting plate (sold separately; see Mounting Plates for Hydraulic Jacks).

Pumps for Hydraulic Jacks
Connect these pumps to a ram to create a hydraulic jack. Use hose to connect; add a pressure gauge to monitor hydraulic oil pressure levels and guard against overload.
To use Style 1 and 2 pumps vertically, point the pump head (where the handle meets the pump) downward. Style 2 pumps are made of aluminum, making them lighter and more corrosion resistant than steel and iron pumps.
Style 3 pumps are also known as trailer pumps and have a body that is taller than it is long to fit in a narrow space. Use as part of a permanent lifting system.
Style 4, 5, and 6 pumps use air power to operate where electricity is not available and require minimal effort. Use the pedal with your hand or foot to activate and release your ram.
Style 7 and 8 pumps operate from up to 10 ft. away using the included wired remote.
Pumps with two-speeds are quick to pump until the load is engaged, then pump more slowly for precise positioning.

Hose Couplings for Hydraulic Jacks
Connect a hose to a ram or pump.
Quick Disconnect—High-pressure minimal spill couplings have a flat face, which ensures minimal fluid loss when connecting and disconnecting your hose line. They're double-shut-off style, so there is a valve in both the plug and the socket. To connect, push the plug into the socket until you hear a "click." To disconnect, slide the sleeve forward until the plug ejects.

Hose Fittings for Hydraulic Jacks
Use these fittings with hydraulic hose. They are threaded on both ends so you can connect them directly to a threaded hose or to pumps, cylinders, and other equipment in your hydraulic system.
