Choose-a-Color Firm Plastic and Rubber Tubing for Air and Water

Multiple colors allow you to color-code your line for easy identification. Tubing is flexible, so it bends easily around objects.
PVC plastic tubing is more economical than polyurethane rubber tubing.
Polyurethane rubber tubing can handle higher pressures than PVC plastic tubing and can also be used in vacuum applications. It is ether based, so it performs better in humid environments than ester-based polyurethane.
Opaque tubing doesn’t allow you to see what’s flowing through the line.

- Compatible with Barbed Tube Fittings and Push to Connect Tube Fittings
- Firm (Durometer 95A)
- Temperature Range: See table
Hard Plastic Tubing for Air and Water

This general purpose tubing has hard walls, yet is flexible enough for gradual bends. It has excellent strength and durability.
Nylon tubing can handle lower temperatures than polypropylene tubing and can withstand higher pressures. It has slightly softer walls than polypropylene tubing, making it more flexible and impact absorbent.
Opaque tubing doesn’t allow you to see what’s flowing through the line. Semi-clear tubing gives you a limited view inside the line.

Firm Plastic and Rubber Tubing for Drinking Water
Tubing meets NSF/ANSI Standard 61 for drinking water.
Polyethylene plastic tubing is more economical than polyurethane rubber tubing and is the most common choice for drinking water applications. It meets ASTM D1693 for crack resistance. It is semi-clear, so it gives you a limited view of what’s flowing through the line. Tubing is semi-flexible and is good for gradual bends.

Semi-Flexible Hard Plastic Tubing for Food, Beverage, and Dairy

- Semi-Flexible
- Compatible with Compression Tube Fittings
- Hard (Durometer 60D)
- Temperature Range: -40° to 212° F
- Specifications Met: FDA Compliant 21 CFR 177.2600
Strong, yet pliable, this PVDF tubing is good for gradual bends and can handle repeated flexing. It is also known as Kynar. Suitable for use with food and beverage, it is made of FDA listed materials. Tubing doesn’t contain plasticizers like DEHP, so it won’t impart tastes or odors to the fluid passing through it. It is semi-clear, so you get a limited view inside the line.

Chemical-Resistant Firm Plastic Tubing for Food and Beverage

Made from TPE plastic, this tubing doesn’t contain plasticizers like DEHP, so it won’t impart tastes or odors to the fluid passing through. The surface isn’t absorbent, making it easy to clean. Tubing is clear, so you can monitor flow.
Tubing with a PVDF liner is often used in pharmaceutical applications since it won’t bind to proteins or leach substances into the fluid moving through. It’s more flexible than tubing made entirely from PVDF.
Tygon tubing resists staining and won’t break down when exposed to alcohol and acids. It’s often used with wine, coffee, and other pigmented liquids.
