Colored Light Filters
Change the color of a room; filters allow only the same color lightwave to pass through. Also known as lighting gels. Cut to size using scissors or a utility knife.
Red filters allow less than 10% transmission between 420 and 600 nanometers. Blue filters allow less than 10% transmission between 530 and 670 nanometers. Green filters allow less than 10% transmission between 380 and 480 nanometers and between 540 and 670 nanometers.
To order other filter colors, please specify a color number from the selector pack. Selector packs include swatches of over 200 filter colors.
Ultraviolet Light Filters
Block the transmission of ultraviolet light to protect plastic surfaces and sensitive materials such as fabrics from fading. Filtered light will appear slightly darker than natural light. The material allows less than 10% transmission below 390 nanometers. Also known as lighting gels. Cut to size using scissors or a utility knife.

Polarized Light Filters
Reduce glare from reflective surfaces. Filtered light will appear slightly darker than natural light. Also known as lighting gels. Cut to size using scissors or a utility knife.
Lg. | Wd. | Thick. | Max. Temp., °F | Material | Each | |

Light-Absorbing Black-Out Paper
Block out stray and unwanted light. These sheets of black-out paper have a raised, velvet-like surface that absorbs light. Cut to size with scissors or a utility knife.
Lenses for Ceiling Lights
Lenses disperse light to reduce glare and protect bulbs from damage. Cut to size using a band saw or shears.
Solid lenses keep bulbs hidden and distribute light evenly. Lenses with a prismatic or cracked ice pattern distribute light better than smooth lenses. Smooth lenses for LED lights scatter the directed light of an LED better than other solid lenses.
Egg crate and parabolic lenses have an open construction to allow more light through than solid lenses as well as more air circulation to cool bulbs. Parabolic lenses are reflective to direct light downward, which reduces glare.
Polystyrene lenses are the most economical, but they may yellow over time. Acrylic lenses won't turn yellow over time. Polycarbonate lenses are more impact-resistant than acrylic lenses, but they may yellow over time. Aluminum lenses withstand higher temperatures than plastic lenses.

Miniature Colored Light Bulb Filters
Slip these over miniature light bulbs to change the bulb color on small devices such as control panels and indicating lights.
Holders and Lens Caps for Miniature Light Bulbs
Install miniature light bulbs into control panels, machines, and other devices using bulb holders. Pair a bulb holder with a lens cap to create a miniature lamp. The lens cap diffuses light and protects the bulb.
Sealed Holders and Lens Caps for Miniature Light Bulbs
A sealing gasket keeps out oil and other contaminants. Pair a bulb holder with a lens cap to create a miniature lamp in control panels, machines, and other devices.
