    Spark- and Heat-Resistant Blankets

Image of ProductInUse. Front orientation. Heat-Resistant Blankets. Spark- and Heat-Resistant Blankets.
Drape these blankets over machinery or hang them from walls to protect your workspace from sparks. Made of flame-resistant materials, they won’t ignite when sparks fly into them. They also offer heat protection.

    Fiberglass Blanket

Blankets that protect against sparks are often used for small welding jobs.
Fiberglass—Fiberglass blankets are the most common choice for standard duty welding. They’re often used to insulate welded parts, such as pipes, to prevent cracking during cooling.

    Silicone-Coated Fiberglass

    Blanket

Blankets that protect against sparks and welding spatter stand up better to regular use and larger welding jobs than leather and uncoated fiberglass blankets do. Sealed with a coating, they shed less than regular fiberglass blankets.

Isolate microvibrations to protect circuit boards, sensors, and lab instruments. Made of soft silicone gel, these grommets prevent vibration from interfering with sensitive equipment or damaging connections. They press together through mounting holes.
High-Temperature Silicone Rubber—These mounts handle temperatures about twice as high as natural rubber and neoprene. They’re often used with electronics that operate in fluctuating temperatures, such as GPS modules and flight controllers.

    Door Kick Plates

Image of ProductInUse. Front orientation. Door Kick Plates.
Kick plates prolong the life of doors by shielding them from scratches, dings, and marks in high-traffic areas. They also keep moisture from damaging the base of doors in facilities that require frequent mopping and cleaning. Our kick plates are tested with salt spray to meet ANSI A156.6 requirements for strength, appearance, and durability. They stay looking like new, even when installed outdoors in humid or wet environments.
    Screw In
Image of Product. Front orientation. Door Kick Plates. Screw In.
Mount with the included self-drilling screws and skip drilling a hole. The screws match the finish of the plates and sit flush to create a clean, smooth look.
Brass—With a shiny, warm finish, these kick plates give doors an elegant appeal. They resist corrosion about as well as 304 stainless steel but require occasional polishing to clean up smudges and avoid tarnish.
Width—Select a kick plate 2" narrower than your door to prevent obstructions when opening and closing it.
Height—Kick plates 34" to 46" in height guard against damage from carts or dollies better than shorter plates.

    Static-Control Tight-Seal Conveyor Strip Brushes

Image of Product. Front orientation. Conveyor Brushes. Static-Control Tight-Seal Conveyor Strip Brushes.
Bristles control static buildup. Use them to dust, stop, and separate items on a conveyor or to keep heat, sprayed liquids, and chips contained. A binding wire holds the bristles in place. The larger the bristle diameter, the stiffer the bristles. Brushes can be cut to size with wire-cutting pliers.
