    Cold-Protection Coats

Keep warm in bitterly cold conditions—down to -50° F. Coats are thicker and longer than jackets for added protection against the cold and wind. Made of nylon, these coats have a wind- and water-resistant outer shell and a layer of polyester insulation for added warmth. They have a flap that snaps shut over the zipper. Knit cuffs trap heat and keep sleeves in place. Coats have two waist pockets.
When measuring chest size, measure around the fullest part of your chest. Take all measurements over any clothing you expect to wear under these coats.

    Flame- and Arc-Flash-Protection Coats

Image of Product. Front orientation. Jackets. Flame- and Arc-Flash-Protection Coats.
These coats meet NFPA 70E standards for protection against electrical arc flashes for personal protection equipment (PPE) category 2. They also meet NFPA 2112 standards for protection against flash fire. Check the PPE category and minimum arc rating provided for your workplace, and then select all required clothing and personal protective equipment to meet the minimum arc rating. Arc rating measures a garment’s ability to insulate the wearer from burns; the higher the arc rating, the greater the flame resistance. These coats are made of breathable cotton and are self-extinguishing. They have a flap in the front that conceals the snaps.

    Molten-Metal Protection Coats

Image of Product. Front orientation. Jackets. Molten-Metal Protection Coats.
Less bulky and more breathable than aluminized coats, these fabric coats protect you from heat and splashes of molten metal. Since they're not reflective, they're best for areas where radiant heat isn't a concern. A blend of cellulose, nylon, and wool makes these coats inherently flame resistant, so they'll continue to protect you after repeat washing. Store tools in an inside pocket to keep them safe from splashes. Close with snaps on the front and the cuffs.
When measuring chest size, measure around the fullest part of your chest. Coats are oversized to fit over work clothes; take all measurements over any clothing you expect to wear under the coat.

Flame- and Arc-Flash-Protection Base Layer Shirts

Wear these fitted garments under clothing for an added layer of protection against intermittent exposure to flames and radiant heat. They meet NFPA 70E standards for protection against electrical arc flashes for personal protection equipment (PPE) category 1 or 2. Check the PPE category and minimum arc rating provided for your workplace, and then select all required clothing and personal protective equipment to meet the minimum arc rating. Arc rating measures a garment’s ability to insulate the wearer from burns; the higher the arc rating, the greater the flame resistance. All base layer materials are lightweight, breathable, and moisture wicking for added comfort.
They all comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.269 standards for flame and arc flash protection.
When measuring chest size, measure around the fullest part of your chest.

    Cold-Protection Vests

Keep your arms free while working in the cold—these vests keep you warm without the bulky sleeves of a coat. Side stretch panels allow you to twist and stretch your body more freely than in a jacket or coat.
Nylon Fabric—The nylon outer shell is treated to resist the wind and rain for protection in harsh weather. Since the nylon is tear resistant, these vests stand up to scrapes and scratches.
Polyester Fiber Insulation—Vests have an insulating layer of polyester that resists cold down to -50° F.
