Metal Pipe Insulation Jacketing
Guard insulation from heavy impact and chemical exposure. This metal jacketing is corrosion resistant and often used outdoors. Install with banding (not included).
Stainless steel jacketing is suitable for washdown applications.

Pipe Insulation Banding
Save installation time with banding that’s ready to use. It has an easy-to-close fastener on one end.
Blue banding can be used to identify asbestos-free insulation.

High-Temperature Expandable Sleeving
Protect cable, hose, and pipe from abrasion and cuts in high temperature environments—this sleeving withstands temperatures over 450° F. It expands to fit over items for easy installation; sleeving then tightens around its contents for a secure fit. The braided construction permits heat and moisture to dissipate.
Stainless steel sleeving has excellent corrosion resistance, so it provides good protection in damp and wet locations, such as near process water. It also has excellent abrasion resistance and can stand up to cuts and rough surfaces near equipment on a plant floor. Use sheet metal snips to cut.

Corrugated Sleeving
Slide this sleeving over wire, cable, or hose before adding connectors or making electrical connections. The corrugated construction gives it impact and abrasion resistance similar to conduit, but with more flexibility. It’s ultra-flexible so it’s good for applications that require tight turns. Since it doesn’t have a slit, it keeps out more dust and debris than slit corrugated sleeving.
Stainless steel sleeving is stronger and more corrosion resistant than steel and aluminum sleeving. It also withstands higher temperatures.

Heaters for Nozzles
Often used with extrusion, injection, and blow-molding machinery, these heaters clamp around nozzles to keep material warm for consistent discharge. They require a temperature switch or controller (sold separately) to regulate heat output.
Heaters with mineral insulation heat up faster than heaters with mica insulation.
Note: The heater must be sized to fit tightly around the barrel to prevent air gaps that lead to inefficient heating and premature failure.
