1/2" thick pads are twice as thick as a yoga mat. They’re a good choice for level ground. 1" thick pads keep you comfortable for long periods, even on rough surfaces.
Buna-N pads are more comfortable to kneel on than Vinyl pads.

Static-Control Kneeling Pads

Kneeling Creepers
