Ovens
Also known as gravity convection and laboratory ovens, heat rises from the base into the oven chamber and out through the top vents. Use these general purpose ovens for heating and curing up to 437° F. The control components are CSA certified and UL recognized.

High-Temperature Furnaces
Achieve temperatures as high as 1200° C for heat-treating metal.
76 and 128-cu. in. capacity furnaces have an LED that shows actual or set-point temperature in ° C; an indicator light flashes when set temperature is reached. The safety switch shuts off the furnace when the door is opened.

Programmable High-Temperature Furnaces

Program time, temperature, and rate of temperature change. These furnaces reach temperatures as high as 2192° F for heat-treating metal. These furnaces have six programmable parameters: 1) delay start, 2) rate of temperature change, 3) target temperature, 4) temperature timer, 5) memory retrieval, and 6) °C/°F digital display. Link two three-stage programs to create a six-stage operation. A maximum of 10 programs can be stored with up to a seven-day delay. An LCD shows internal temperature, countdown time, and program number.

Ultraviolet Curing Chambers
Rapidly dry light-activated adhesives, coatings, and ink, or strengthen 3D-printed parts. With a light intensity five times greater than our bench-top ultraviolet lamp, these chambers cut down curing time to seconds or a few minutes. Also known as flood curing, they create a deep and consistent cure by bouncing light around the chamber walls.
An automatic lamp shutter turns off the light when you open the door, so it protects you from harmful UV rays and reduces emission and flammability concerns. For extra protection, you should always wear UV-protective glasses and clothing when the system is on.
They work just like microwaves. Plug them in, set your time and intensity, and they're ready to cure. Or to remotely monitor and control them, use the D-sub connection and included cord to connect them to a PLC.
Chambers and replacement bulbs cannot be sold to Canada due to regulations limiting mercury content.

Ultraviolet Disinfectant Chambers

These chambers kill viruses, bacteria, and other microbes with ultraviolet germicidal irradiation (UVGI). Use them to disinfect small items, especially those that could be damaged by liquid chemical cleaners. They’re enclosed to protect users, with a UV-blocking window and an auto shut-off function if the door is opened while they’re running. Similar to microwaves, these chambers let you adjust energy and time settings based on what you’re putting inside. Program up to 10 presets to save time when disinfecting with frequently used settings. A built-in radiometer monitors UV levels, making sure the correct level of UVGI energy is delivered even as the bulbs age. Bulbs should be replaced after 5,000 hours of use.
These chambers cannot be sold to Canada due to import regulations.

Handheld Ultraviolet Disinfectant Lamps
Disinfect phones, door knobs, masks, and other small objects. Using ultraviolet germicidal irradiation (UVGI), these portable lamps kill viruses, bacteria, and other microbes in seconds. Lightweight with a durable plastic housing, they’re designed to be carried from place to place. To guard from UV rays, wear eye protection and cover exposed skin while disinfecting.

Battery-powered lamps let you disinfect where outlets aren’t available. Place them 1" to 2" away from nonporous objects or surfaces and shine for six to eight seconds to fully disinfect. These lamps are small enough to fit in a briefcase or glove compartment. They’re rechargeable and will automatically shut off after five minutes to save battery life.

Electric-powered lamps plug into outlets, allowing for uninterrupted disinfecting. An ergonomic handle makes them easy to maneuver and prevents operator fatigue. For hands-free use, mount them on a stand.
Ultraviolet Disinfectant Lamps

Mount these lamps to a ceiling or wall to disinfect lab tools, respirators, and small surfaces such as countertops. These lamps kill viruses, bacteria, and other microbes with ultraviolet germicidal irradiation (UVGI). They’re commonly used in areas that could be damaged by liquid cleaners or chemical disinfectants.
Always wear eye and skin protection when operating. Since these lamps don’t produce ozone, it’s safe to enter the disinfected area as soon as they’re turned off. For best results, replace the bulbs after 1,000 hours of use.
