    Bench-Top Laser Cutters

Make custom parts, quick prototypes, and intricate engravings with these cutters—they’re the most accurate cutters we offer. Small enough to fit on a desk, they won’t take up floor space in your facility. Connect them to your computer via Ethernet, USB, or Wi-Fi to create designs, manage settings, and start cutting jobs. These cutters include a camera that shows a live feed of the working area, so you can adjust your material’s position and monitor cuts.
An air compressor mounted next to the laser blows cool air as it cuts, clearing debris and keeping parts from charring. These cutters also have a cooling system that uses air or water to keep the laser tube from overheating. To remove dust and fumes, direct exhaust to a well-ventilated area or connect to an air filtration system. Not for use on metal or vinyl polymers, such as PVC, polycarbonate, or PTFE.
    Light Duty
Image of Product. Front orientation. Laser Cutters. Bench-Top Laser Cutters, Light Duty.
Light duty cutters are best for prototyping and one-off jobs, since they’re smaller and lighter in weight than heavy duty cutters. These cutters include a rotary attachment that turns material as it’s being cut, so you can shape or engrave tubing and other round objects. They also include an exhaust hose. They’re compatible with CADLaser, CorelLaser, LightBurn, and RDWorks software.
Glass Laser Tube—Their laser tube is glass, so it won’t last as long as the aluminum and ceramic tube in heavy duty cutters.
Cannot Be Sold To—Cutters that cannot be sold to the listed areas are restricted due to product regulations.

    Heavy Duty
Image of Product. Front orientation. Laser Cutters. Bench-Top Laser Cutters, Heavy Duty.
Heavy duty cutters are made in the U.S. with an all-metal construction that stands up to frequent use and long production runs. For the cleanest possible cuts, these cutters automatically raise or lower your material so it’s the correct distance from the laser head.
Use the touchscreen to access saved designs, move the laser, and adjust settings without connecting to your computer. With 1 GB of internal storage, you can save and repeat frequent jobs. You can also test a design before you cut by tracing the outline with a beam of light. These cutters can read files from any design software, including AutoCAD, Illustrator, and Photoshop, and they’re compatible with EpilogSuite.
These cutters have a 4” exhaust port rather than a hose—connect it to an air filtration system or an exhaust blower that’s rated at least 350 CFM.
Aluminum Laser Tube/Ceramic Laser Tube—The laser tube is a blend of aluminum and ceramic that lasts longer and makes finer cuts than glass tubes.

Combination Six Crosshair Line Automatic Leveling Laser Levels

Image of ProductInUse. Front orientation. Laser Levels. Combination Six Crosshair Line Automatic Leveling Laser Levels.
No need to reposition these lasers as you work around your room—crosshairs on every surface give you all the reference points you need. They are a good choice for level, plumb, and square applications, such as aligning doors and windows on multiple walls. If you set them on a surface, they level themselves within about 4° and indicate when they are out of level. You can turn this function off when you want to make sure your crosshair is level with something other than the Earth.
Secure them to a tripod using the threaded mount or use the strong magnetic base to attach them to equipment. They come with a magnetic target, which you can mount in your space to reflect the laser beam to increase its visibility in dim conditions and at far distances.

Set these lasers on any surface, and they'll level themselves within about 4°. Whether you’re hanging a drop ceiling or aligning bench tops, they project accurate level references to make sure your installation will be at the right height. You can also mount them in a few different ways. They have a threaded insert to attach to a tripod (sold separately). Or use the magnetic base, which is strong enough to hold even on vibrating equipment.
Red Laser—Red lasers are best for indoor environments, since they’re dimmer than green lasers.
Green Laser—Green lasers appear up to 10 times brighter than red lasers, making them easier to see outdoors or in bright indoor lighting, as well as from far away.
5 Dots—Lasers with 5 dots help you verify your installation is straight, level, and plumb at the same time. This prevents you from having to reposition the level frequently, so you can work faster.
Strap Mount—Lasers with a strap mount can be secured on poles and ladders.

    Adjustable Dot-to-Line Laser Levels

Image of Product. Front orientation. Contains Annotated. Laser Levels. Adjustable Dot-to-Line Laser Levels.
Twist the head to switch between a dot, a horizontal line, or a vertical line. These lasers project accurate level references onto walls, ceilings, and equipment. The laser is red and is best viewed indoors.
When a single point of reference is enough, use a dot. Lines give you an extended reference, so you can level several objects without moving the laser. For stability, mount these lasers to a tripod (sold separately), or attach the magnetic base to a metal surface.

Level equipment with confidence—in addition to a crosshair, these lasers also project plumb dots, so you know the laser is in the right spot. They’re an upgrade from a standard crosshair laser while remaining simpler than lasers with multiple crosshairs. Use these lasers to precisely install square elements, such as doors and windows. The crosshair extends along your wall, so you don’t have to reposition the laser often as you work around your room. If you set them on a surface, these lasers level themselves within about 4° and indicate when they are out of level.
2 Dots—Levels with two laser dots help you verify your installation is plumb with reference points above and below the tool. These red lasers are best for indoor environments, since they’re dimmer than green lasers.
5 Dots—Levels with five laser dots help you verify that your tool is positioned correctly in multiple dimensions with reference points above, below, behind, and to the sides of the tool without repositioning your laser. These green lasers appear up to 10 times brighter than red lasers, so they’re easier to see outdoors or in bright indoor lighting, as well as from far away.

    Multiple Dot Laser Levels

Image of Product. Front orientation. Contains Annotated. Laser Levels. Multiple Dot Laser Levels.
Project accurate level references onto walls and ceilings to hang light fixtures or install pipe. These lasers have four vials to verify the level, plumb, and square reference points are accurate. Because they’re red, the lasers are best viewed indoors. They have a screw-on mount to secure to a tripod, or you can use the magnetic base to stick them to equipment for quick checks. A V-groove on the body creates stability on curved surfaces, such as pipe or conduit. They’re powered by disposable batteries, so they’re portable and easy to use when you’re not near an outlet.

360° Sweeping-Line Automatic Leveling Laser Levels

Image of Product. Front orientation. Contains Annotated. Laser Levels. 360° Sweeping-Line Automatic Leveling Laser Levels, Magnetic Target.

    Magnetic Target

Set these lasers on any surface and they’ll level themselves horizontally within about 4°. They emit a beam of light 360° around the base, so you won’t have to keep repositioning them as you move around a space. Use them to align machinery, install conveyors, and check if walls are plumb. Visual and audible alarms alert you when the laser is beyond its leveling range. Adjust their vertical position manually. Mount these lasers to a tripod (not included) to level at a greater range of heights.
Green Laser—Green lasers are four times brighter than red lasers, so you can see the beam outdoors and in bright lighting. They’re also easier to spot from far away. These lasers include a magnetic target, which you can mount at the height you need to reflect the beam, making it brighter and easier to see from a distance.

    Laser Mounts

Stick these levels to most metal surfaces to mark a dot up to 500 feet across your plant. They’re often used for long range applications, such as laying out conveyors and aligning ventilation systems. The single laser dot gives you a simple check that your installation is level against one reference point. These levels are compact, portable, and have a long battery life. Mount them to rotating equipment without worrying about power cords.
Red Laser—Red lasers are dimmer than green lasers, so they’re best viewed indoors.
Green Laser—Green lasers appear up to 10 times brighter than red lasers, so they remain visible from farther distances and in brightly lit areas, including outdoors.
Laser Mounts—Use a laser mount for mounting the laser to a tripod, or placing it on a surface. The mount has three adjustable legs to level the laser.
