Connect and disconnect your equipment all at once. Stack these connectors horizontally, vertically, or both ways to fit a wide variety of equipment. Mix and match inserts for power, data, and compressed air to control your equipment. As your application evolves, swap out the inserts or reconfigure their layout. These connectors are often used to replace traditional hardwiring in cable and hose carriers as well as other long, moving cable runs. All are rated IP54 when assembled, so they withstand dust and splashing water.

For a complete connector, you’ll need one housing set and up to eight inserts—four plugs and four sockets (all sold separately).

Housing sets come with everything you need to build a plug housing and a socket housing. They also include connector elements to join housings together if you stack them, as well as single and double locking elements, which screw together to secure a connected plug and socket. Both the locking and connector elements create a secure connection in places with frequent vibration and movement. Strain relief covers stop cables from coming loose, even if they’re accidentally pulled.

Inserts are available for power, computer, compressed air, and USB connections. For a USB connection, you’ll need an adapter and a holder.

Crimpers are required to install wire for crimp-on inserts. These tools ratchet to apply the correct pressure to every crimp. Use positioners with crimpers to hold pins and sleeves on computer inserts at the right height while crimping. Add extraction tools to help you remove pins or sleeves from 17- and 20-pole power inserts. Insertion/extraction tools help you install computer inserts.
