Water-Resistant Chargers for Large-Cell Batteries

Charge batteries even in wet environments—a sealed housing keeps water out. They have reverse-polarity protection to prevent sparks and short circuits if the ring terminals touch or if they're not connected properly to the battery. After the battery is fully charged, they continuously provide a low-level charge to maintain the battery without overcharging.

When used with lithium batteries, Style D chargers must match the battery’s lithium type.

Chargers that cannot be sold to California and Oregon are restricted by local energy efficiency regulations.

Charger/Starters for Large-Cell Batteries

Wheel these charger/starters to batteries that need maintenance. They provide higher starting currents than Hand-Held Charger/Starters for Large-Cell Batteries. All have reverse-polarity protection to prevent sparks and short circuits if the clamps touch or if they're not connected properly to the battery.

Automatic charger/starters turn off when the battery is fully charged, but will continue to monitor the battery and turn back on if voltage drops.

Hand-Held Starters for Large-Cell Batteries

Once fully charged, these starters store enough power to jump start a battery multiple times. All have reverse-polarity protection to prevent sparks and short circuits if the clamps touch or if they're not connected properly to a battery. They also have a USB port to charge mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. To recharge, connect them to a USB port with the included cord.
