About Brightness and Light Appearance

Find the right lumen level to brighten your space. Then, compare the way warm, neutral, and cool lighting affect the appearance of everyday objects.

Twist-and-Lock Base Floodlight Bulbs

Lock these bulbs into GU10 sockets with a twist. Often used in recessed can fixtures and track lighting, they provide a focused beam of light.

Bulbs with a selectable light appearance have a switch on the top, so you can match other lights in your room.

Dim-to-warm bulbs mimic halogen bulbs—their light gets warmer as you dim them. They have museum-quality color accuracy, so colors appear as accurate and vibrant as they would in natural sunlight. They’re also flicker free and have lower levels of blue light than standard LEDs to reduce eyestrain.

Bi-Pin Base Floodlight Bulbs

MR16

Often used in recessed can fixtures and track lighting, these bulbs produce a focused beam of light. Brightness is measured in lumens; the higher the lumens, the brighter the bulb. Bulbs with a warm light appearance have yellow tones. Bulbs with a neutral light appearance are commonly used in workspaces. A bulb’s estimated yearly energy cost is based on 3 hours of usage per day at $0.11 per kWh.

LED bulbs last longer and are more efficient than other technologies. They generate little heat and withstand vibration. Plastic LED bulbs are shatterproof.

Bulbs that cannot be sold to the regions listed do not meet local energy efficiency requirements.

Any-Which-Way Workstation Lights

Style D have the longest reach and the smallest head, so they stretch across large surfaces and squeeze into tight spots.
