Thermal-Transfer Legend Plate Printer Labels
Print your own legend plates with any desktop thermal-transfer printer. The foam backing on these labels is flexible enough for printing, but still gives them a raised, finished look. The aggressive adhesive sticks to oily, dirty, or damp surfaces, and it stays put even with heavy use or regular cleaning. However, it’s more difficult to remove from surfaces than standard adhesives. These labels are only compatible with thermal-transfer printer ink ribbons.
Printer ink ribbons (sold separately) have a standard 1" roll ID. The ink is on the outside of the ribbon roll. To load, unroll the ribbon from the bottom, then feed it under the printer head.

Labels for Emergency Stop Switches
Stick these labels to your control board to make it easy to find the stop switch in an emergency. Unlike legend plates, they’ll stay in place even if they don't exactly match the panel cutout for your switch.
Choose a label with a panel cutout diameter that’s equal to or larger than the diameter of your cutout or switch housing. If you’re unsure whether the keyway will fit, choose the next larger diameter.
