Keep equipment level on slightly sloped and pitted floors with mounts that have a ball-and-socket joint in the base. For mounting versatility, you can install them in either threaded holes or unthreaded through holes at the bottom of equipment.

303 Stainless Steel Base—The choice for most wet locations, these mounts can withstand repeated washdowns without corroding. However, they won't hold up to cleaning solutions that contain harsh chemicals like 316 stainless steel can.

316 Stainless Steel Base—Our most corrosion-resistant metal mounts, these hold up in just about any environment. They won’t degrade or become pitted, even when exposed to harsh cleaners and chemicals.

Nickel-Plated Steel Base—With a shiny appearance, these mounts create a finished look. They're best for dry environments since the nickel plating offers minimal corrosion resistance.

Zinc-Yellow-Chromate-Plated Steel Base—More corrosion resistant than nickel-plated steel, these mounts are suitable for damp environments. However, they won’t hold up to chemical cleaners, high-pressure washdowns, and other harsh conditions like stainless steel can.

Stay-Put Swivel Leveling Mounts with Threaded Stud

Bolt down machines so they don’t creep across the floor or tip over. These mounts have one or more punch-out holes for securing equipment that you don’t need to move. The ball-and-socket joint in the base swivels to compensate for slightly sloped and pitted floors. Rigid Leveling Mounts with Threaded Stud

Level equipment on uneven floors. Install these mounts in threaded holes to level equipment on uneven floors. Use a locknut (not included) to install mounts in unthreaded through holes.

Nylon Base—These mounts are economical yet resistant to grease, oil, and chemicals that pool on the floor. Often used on small, lightweight machines, they have about 25% the capacity of similarly sized metal mounts.

Zinc-Plated Steel Base—These mounts are suitable for damp environments, but they won’t hold up to high-pressure washdowns and cleaners that contain harsh chemicals.

Plastic Cushion—The plastic bottom won't scratch or scuff floors when you’re moving equipment.

Load-Rated Reinforced Threaded-Hole Bumpers

These bumpers are tested to ensure they'll support the load of your application. They'll bear the weight of everything from a 50-pound saw to a 2,000-pound air compressor. All have a metal base plate for added strength and a longer service life than all-rubber bumpers. Twist them onto a threaded stud on your equipment, or pair them with your own stud to create a custom-length bumper.

Natural Rubber—These bumpers absorb impact well enough for most applications. However, they're not for use outdoors and break down when exposed to oil and harsh chemicals.

Hardness Rating—The harder the bumper, the better it withstands impact and abrasion over time. The softer the bumper, the more cushioning it provides for objects made of glass, soft metal, and other fragile materials. Bumpers with a medium rating offer a balance of impact resistance and cushioning.

Static-Control Swivel Leveling Mounts with Threaded Stud

With a fiberglass-reinforced nylon base, these mounts prevent static buildup and discharge that can harm semiconductors, circuit boards, and other sensitive parts during production. They have a ball-and-socket joint in the base that swivels to keep equipment level on slightly sloped and pitted floors. For mounting versatility, you can install mounts in either threaded holes or unthreaded through holes.

Rubber Cushion—A cushion under the base grips surfaces so vibrating equipment doesn't slide or damage floors. It also dissipates static to prevent buildup and discharge.
